- This property, from the front, seemed like a 4-5 hour job - then I went to the backyard. I couldn't beleive how much trash was piled up. Carpets, siding, shingles, A TOILET! You name it. Took 2 days - but the transformation is amazing! I was so proud of this one - and super thankful to have met James, the neighbor. I continue to be blown away with the kindness of the communities I work in.

You know, a lot of us see the downside of social media, and all the evil and bad things that can perpetuate but something like this is amazing. Technology can be used for good. Here you have yourself and hopefully you’ll earn a lot of money because you deserve it you can earn a good living, while you’re blessing other people and helping people that really need it and not charging them what a win-win win situation. And I say three wins, because I also win as the viewer is very relaxing for whatever reason to watch these kind of mowing videos, so the viewer wins as well. Thank you.
And I’m sorry for all the comments, but I just get more inspired the more I watch this video you know what I noticed before James even came out as I noticed how good his property looks. They just says a lot about him as he takes the time and effort to keep up his property or he has someone do it. Either way. It still is effort because he’s gotta have money to pay someone else. I enjoy the trash pickups too. They do so much for the places. Edging used to be my favorite but now I love that someone picks up the trash instead of just moving it.
You are such a blessing to many people. You cleaned up the sidewalk for the neighbor, mowed the lawn for the other neighbor and gave him hope. Then you cleaned up the yard of the vacant house.

The tarp method is a winner. I started doing it when I had huge overgrown lavender bushes. Cut them back. Collected the stems and mulched them for garden cover. Good for everything.

Phenomenal transformation! I especially appreciate your shoveling up the sod from the sidewalk and putting it in a wheelbarrow instead of throwing it in the yard like some do. Every time I watch one of your videos with the abandoned houses I always wonder what it was like when people lived there. How it was when it was full with life. All the memories it has. its a bit sad when I think about it. Anyway, your actions bring hope. Thank you for everything you do. Great results !
I actually have those same thoughts… Honestly cleaning up these properties. I have hope that they will be homes again. There are so many people in need. As the channel grows, I really hope that I can help more more people. Shoot, maybe even purchase one of these homes that we clean up and put someone in there. Not sure. At first, I thought the neighbor came at you a little hard, but, when I thought about it, who knows what he has put up with living next to that place? It's only fair to think he is going to make sure his properrty is protected. Once you and he spoke, and he began to see that you genuinely CARED, he warmed right up to you!

I am curious about the stories behind so many homes that are left in such a disarray. Question for you , what kind of vlogs will you being doing in winter months ?
