- Prosecuting missing person cases is challenging. Katelyn Markham, Jonbenet Ramsey and Sebastian Rogers viewed through this lens. What of German prosecutors in the case of Maddie McCann?

The fact she was garroted disturbed me. To me it reveals a deeper level of depravity already within that soul. Parents can and do do terrible things to their children. Thank you, Peter, for sharing your time and experience with us. I pity the LEO involved in the Sebastian case. I hope they'll share some of those private conversations with you.
When I need a Dr., it won't be a McCann. Thanks, Peter.
After 2019, none of us need a doctor.
Chris could have buried Sebastian at the construction site, he's working on. Word is, he was in the crane at 5:00 am. Two hours prior to the normal starting time. His attitude was so bad that morning that the foreman had CP removed and sent home.
He uses a lot of height references like "It's up in the air" or "hopes are high" and similar phrases in the interviews. So I think he hid the body some place where only a crane operator can come close to, like on top of a building.
Wouldn’t someone see a body out of a window?
@@hiddenhand6973 Not if it's concealed and in the middle of the night.
Absolutely! Another Chris Watts freak!
Some have said that construction site doesn't startbworl each day til 7am bc npisr ordinance. I dont believe he was in the crane whwn Katie called. He may have arrived early to strengthen his alibi.
Many years ago there was a case in England where an 8 year old boy disappeared from his home; suspicion was centred on his stepfather. The boy's body was eventually found on a rubbish tip and his death was ruled an accident. It transpired that he was previously in care due to physical abuse and had run away because he was still being beaten. The main abuser was his mother. I'm not saying that this applies in Sebastian's case, only that he may have run away and come to grief.
Very good point and that's why Peter said if they find Seb's remains it will likely be ruled a runaway and accidental dearh without evidence that the parents did it.
I always enjoy your videos, Peter Hyatt. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us.
I couldn’t have said it any better myself!
Thank you, Peter. It was a great stream, as always. I'd like your opinion on any of the interviews in the Soto case. I wonder how much mom knew?
She can't have not noticed him having "cuddles" with Madeleine.
Waiting for the negligent mother to be charged also ❗
@@flickingbollocks5542
I agree. She had to know Stephen was in her daughter's bed because mom told them to sleep there together when it suited mom. 🤷♀️ smh. It's heartbreaking... infuriating.
Your input is so interesting to me . I could listen to you daily.
Hi Peter, i always find your insight so fascinating. Thank you for continuing to share this with us.
Peter have you analyzed the Websleuths Live titled We welcome the private investigators from missing Sebastian Rogers case? Where step-father became unhinged? I hope you do an analysis on that specific video. You are amazing. Thank you for all you do.
Where is that video please?
Websleuths?🙄
Both the McCann and Ramsey cases have outside suspects who cycle back into the headlines every year or two, usually with no mention of the fact that the suspect had been looked at in the past. I stumbled across a podcast this weekend where the hosts did not realize that Gary Oliva had been brought up before. The sources of these “news stories” are counting on the public having a short memory. I find this discouraging.
Always a pleasure when you post. Thanks
Dearest Peter, I so enjoy your analyses. I BEG YOU to further investigate the Grant Solomon case!!
Peter if you went live all day everyday it wouldn't be enough! Thank you for your wisdom. 💯
Thanks. Sebastian's dad obviously had nothing to do with the disappearance of the teen.
He has made terrible mistakes though in receiving help from other people. He chose a rather shady character who apparently influenced him to run off the decent people who were actually helping him try to find his son. Very sad.
However the multiple CPS reports about the stepfather combined with the statements of the stepfather and mother, are incredibly troubling.
The thing that still bothers me from the Madeline McCann case is when the mom reportedly said- to her friends at the dinner- “They took her.”
What mom reports their daughter missing to the group she’s with by saying these words?? Who is “They”? Why wouldn’t she have said, “Madeline’s gone I can’t find her, did she come out here, did anyone see her, did you guys see anyone around here, come help me look!” Instead it was “They took her”.
My conspiracy is that they had known one of the children was going to be taken. Perhaps for traffi****. And that’s why they all went away from the rooms and kept taking turns checking. It’s a horrible horrible thought. But so many other things point to this possibility.
Have you seen Richard Hall's interview with Peter called the MacCann's embedded confession? It will open your eyes to so much.
No I haven’t! I will check it out! Thx!!! 😊
@@Angela-cz3qz I recommend Deception Detective, too.
And buried by mainstream media by Richard Hall.@@austrianchicken
Peter, I have always been very disturbed by the fact that the prosecutor would not sign the indictment of the Ramsey for the murder of their daughter. I would really like to have more information about that. Thank you.❤
It’s sad cps wasn’t able to help sooner in some of these cases like sebastain rogers case. They didn’t go to any vigil. But they passed the polygraphs
I have seen no announcement by LE that either parent passed.
You are looking very well Peter, it is always good to hear from you ,and I hope your family is well and very blessed.
Peter , thank you for sharing your God given talents ! You have helped me so much with really listening to words . God bless you and your family 🙌🙏🙌🙏
Peter,
Thank you.
I learn something new nearly every time you drop a video❤
I keep missing your live shows ...but i sure do enjoy listening ! Pater , thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and insights . I remember kyron ... God bless his family. 🙌🙏
Great to see this pop up in my feed. I want to watch tonight but I'm going to save it for tomorrow when I'm at the office. Doing two things at once makes my brain happy for some reason
Always fascinating. Thanks, Peter.
I have Steve Thomas's book on my shelf. Excellent read.
Excellent work ...thank you.
I Bet it's between Mom and Step Dad and maybe the step Dad was actually probaly closer to Sebastians home the night it happened
This is a cryptic puzzle
The Step Dad is extremely confident about his where abouts and being able to prove he was not in the vicinity maybe he was and fooled the police and the media media
Thank you Peter for another great video. 😊 You teach us so much. I'm grateful for the time and wisdom you share with us.
Thank you Sir.
I missed the live. Love catching up. Thank you for all of your work!
Thank you so much, Peter! I continue to learn so much from you, and I’m very grateful for your excellent insights. Best wishes to you from Kansas City!
I would absolutely love to hear analysis of the "ransom" note from the JonBenet case. I have not been able to change my mind on what I think happened over all these years and I am very curious to know if the analysis supports my suspicions or throws them out the window. Fascinating work you do, sir.
A couple of statement analysis have written books on the note, I believe one was by Marcell Efflers and another one by Dr Hodges.
Check out Deception Detective!
I love deception detective and Cotton stars work

Thank you for sharing more of your knowledge and professional opinions Peter Hyatt. You are so interesting to listen to 💖
Great explanations as usual Mr Hyatt!!!
You're correct about the rehab tour, Peter. They went so far as to hang Seth out to dry by pairing him up w this dude who put the wrong plan into motion foe Seth. All it's done is made Seth look bad and meanwhile Katie and Chris are light as feathers shining laughing and carefree , when on a pub platform , that is..
Thank you sir. ❤
Thank you!
Would love to hear your thoughts on the times mentioned in Sebastian's case, Peter. Allegedly, the call between Katie and Chris commenced at 9.43pm Sunday evening. At 10 p.m., it's alleged that Katie dosed off to sleep. Also at 10 pm Katie heard a noise from Sebastian's room. A noise. A rustled. A thud. I have heard her say each of these in different interviews. She describes calling out to Sebastian and him, saying something back to her. I'm not sure why, but all those things happening at 10 pm show me red flags. Katie was also said to be studying. Did Chris hear Katie call out to Sebastian? He's never mentioned that very important moment during their phone call.
I agree about the red flag in time.
The cell phone record would tell us. Especially if the phones stayed perfectly stationary the whole time.
And Peter has said that the mere introduction of time related to that phone call is significant.
I read a book by a retired FBI special agent who states -statistically speaking-the majority of murders occur between 8pm and 3am. So now anytime I hear of a case, I check the TOD of the window. I’d say he’s right.
Time is always interesting to me in cases, the hows and whys
❤❤ Good Tuesday morning from Georgia!
Yes the screen is clear. Peter could you tell me where I can find your thoughts on bryan Kohlberger. I can’t find your receipts on it.. Where should I look. I am a retired psychologist and I have followed the case. Thanks for your anwser. You are brilliant Julie
Good to see you Peter 😊
Clever thumbnail pic.
@@bobgillis1137I thought the same.
Hello Peter, hello everyone. Just got home from work so catching up.
Yes, can hear you.
Hear you well
Red flags to me right from the beginning and continuing “I don’t know why he walked out that door “
So odd to say if you didn’t see that and witness that . Also why highlight so many positive things done the day before .. “he got a colossal popcorn “ (I have heard so much about this “colossal popcorn ) ok well the restaurant he went to doesn’t have anything called a “colossal popcorn “ now I do have a autistic child and he calls food items different things that he associates them with . But I would let the public know “he calls popcorn from BJ’s colossal popcorn “ idk . It has felt almost rehearsed “ok we did this , we went bowling we went to his aunts , we went to Texas road house “ paraphrasing here but you get my point . Those things bother me when it comes to words .
Right. If it's not caught on camera and you aren't saying whether or not you *witnessed* him going out the door (We're supposed to just believe ypur account?) THAT is notable.
Good discussion on the proof/ evidence/before going to court. I see so many expectations for people to be charged, me as well sometimes, yet guilty appearances alone is not strong enough. It would get scary if it was.
The prosecution has to make it count. I think of the line from The Wire, "If you come for the King, you best not miss."
Thank you, excellent video. Can I ask, do the words suggest that the family member who killed JonBenet was provoked/angry more towards John Ramsey or JonBenet? Thank you Peter.
Fine..sound
I agree that CP and KP are involved. I feel AWFUL for Seth.
Btw....I love listening to you! You're excellent at explaining things.
I have a question about the mccans.
Being that both of them are doctors, they would be well aware that children often overdose accidentally on over-the-counter drugs.
They can get groggy, fall, and potentially have a fatal accident from it.
They would have treated such cases, and this would be foremost in their minds.
If they overdosed Madeline, maybe both of them thinking the other one hadn't abministered and administered, maybe even made a wrong assumption about how much she could be given, or 2 different medications were given that don't jive well together.
Why wouldn't they simply allege that she did that herswlf while they were taking care of the twin, or taking a shower or something like that ...
Madeline, whose mischievous 3-year-old got into their medicine box being that they are traveling it was less secure, or it was moved, etc. It would be completely excusable, and they could have simply said that she scaped scrutiny for a few seconds and might have swallowed something.
They didn't notice and then found her fallen behind the sofa, called 911 or the equivalent in Portugal.
They would have found out that she had taken the medicine on her own,
It seems to me that they really did not want her body found, the question begs, why ?
Also the fact that her records were sealed and she was made a ward of the state thereafter, her death ... Why must the body not be found? And why must her records not be made available?
Good questions! Maybe they administered the drug in a way she couldn't have done herself, like injection.
Or it was a drug they were not supposed to have with them on vacation. something that would require hospital-use only. Her mother was an anaesthesist with access to the not-freely available stuff!
I habent been following closely. Did they debunk the story that they were in the habit of giving her benadryl to sleep qhile they went out for dinner and drinks?
@@Ashweb901 They never debunked anything, but I think they gave her much stronger stuff. I remember an interview where they were asked about Calpol and Gerry introduces the word "sedatives" himself. Very telling and potential leakage.
Under what circumstances would the CPS file be open to FOIA? When his remains are found or when he wpuld have turned 18 or never?
all clear
Yay, it’s Peter!🎉
Good morning
Clear
Regarding missing Sebastian Rogers, what are the laws there in the U.S. when it comes to an investigation whereby a body hasn't been found but arresting or charging a person/s with the disappearance can take place? Im in the UK, so unsure of the laws in the US on that point 😊
Both knew water, Navy..him, go in water in February, Barefoot, No coat, nothing?? No way he's on his own, he's a foodie, never survived or was taken.. who out of the blue gets a mom's huge big last day all around food, Why?? her own words😢special breakfast, SNACKS for home, popcorn, sample foods, special dinner 🍽

Do investigators have a set of questions or guidelines for interrogation techniques when it comes to the parents of missing children. A specialist perhaps that can get them to Crack and reveal more self incriminating evidence.
What was the name of the other person he said that we should subscribe to? I didn’t catch the name!
Either Steve Johnson or Stephen B something
@@Plainandsimple25 I think Steve Johnson has his own analysis books out there.
Do you think he’ll be found in Tennessee or the state where stepdad’s job is?
Stepdad's job site at the time was St Jude hospital in Memphis, TN. Chris just parked his RV just across the border in MS.
The strain shows on Kate McCanns face. Think of lying to your twins everyday of their life. Perhaps one day the children will speak up as with some of Michael Peterson's family.
Do you think it was planned because of his prior great fun day ??
Or an unplanned altercation, that got out of hand?
It was presented as lots of outings in a row. Two shopping, one restaurant, bowling.
We all need to learn the technology much better, then new technology will have to be mastered. My opinion !
Enjoy !
AI is about to hit like a sledge hammer.
If parental wording has a lot to do with this. You should watch the first interview with cp/up with durchess
Sebastian step Dad was present there however he thinks he has a solid proof Alibi He smirked in interview and said I have proof I wasent there Ha Ha
HE WAS THERE WHEN THE INCIDENT HAPPENED !!!!!
NOW WE HAVE TO PROVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pls Peter can you highlight This
Thanks so very much
I think he was killed accidentally by the mum. And both planted his body somewhere
I can hear your voice and see your handsome visage Mr. Hyatt
💛🤎
With all due respect and peace, why is the thumbnail of this video a woman leaning in to the camera with a low cut shirt? That’s an intentional decision. I’m not saying I’m going to disregard what is said here, in general I think Mr. Hyatt is spot on with his perspectives. But I do have to question the thumbnail. I’m really over women’s bodies being thrown in my face at every damn turn in life.
@jennyjennjenn931 It's not random. It's a picture of Katelyn Markham one of the subjects in this video
I understand that, but again, the decision was made to use that particular image.
@jenny, when you upload a video to RUclips, it gives you 2-3 images to choose from or you can choose your own. Likely Peter just picked one of the ones RUclips suggested.
