The fact she was garroted disturbed me. To me it reveals a deeper level of depravity already within that soul. Parents can and do do terrible things to their children. Thank you, Peter, for sharing your time and experience with us. I pity the LEO involved in the Sebastian case. I hope they'll share some of those private conversations with you.

Chris could have buried Sebastian at the construction site, he's working on. Word is, he was in the crane at 5:00 am. Two hours prior to the normal starting time. His attitude was so bad that morning that the foreman had CP removed and sent home.

He uses a lot of height references like "It's up in the air" or "hopes are high" and similar phrases in the interviews. So I think he hid the body some place where only a crane operator can come close to, like on top of a building.

Many years ago there was a case in England where an 8 year old boy disappeared from his home; suspicion was centred on his stepfather. The boy's body was eventually found on a rubbish tip and his death was ruled an accident. It transpired that he was previously in care due to physical abuse and had run away because he was still being beaten. The main abuser was his mother. I'm not saying that this applies in Sebastian's case, only that he may have run away and come to grief.

    • @Ashweb901

Very good point and that's why Peter said if they find Seb's remains it will likely be ruled a runaway and accidental dearh without evidence that the parents did it.

Both the McCann and Ramsey cases have outside suspects who cycle back into the headlines every year or two, usually with no mention of the fact that the suspect had been looked at in the past. I stumbled across a podcast this weekend where the hosts did not realize that Gary Oliva had been brought up before. The sources of these “news stories” are counting on the public having a short memory. I find this discouraging.

He has made terrible mistakes though in receiving help from other people. He chose a rather shady character who apparently influenced him to run off the decent people who were actually helping him try to find his son. Very sad.
However the multiple CPS reports about the stepfather combined with the statements of the stepfather and mother, are incredibly troubling.

  • @TLeiph

The thing that still bothers me from the Madeline McCann case is when the mom reportedly said- to her friends at the dinner- “They took her.”
What mom reports their daughter missing to the group she’s with by saying these words?? Who is “They”? Why wouldn’t she have said, “Madeline’s gone I can’t find her, did she come out here, did anyone see her, did you guys see anyone around here, come help me look!” Instead it was “They took her”.
My conspiracy is that they had known one of the children was going to be taken. Perhaps for traffi****. And that’s why they all went away from the rooms and kept taking turns checking. It’s a horrible horrible thought. But so many other things point to this possibility.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the times mentioned in Sebastian's case, Peter. Allegedly, the call between Katie and Chris commenced at 9.43pm Sunday evening. At 10 p.m., it's alleged that Katie dosed off to sleep. Also at 10 pm Katie heard a noise from Sebastian's room. A noise. A rustled. A thud. I have heard her say each of these in different interviews. She describes calling out to Sebastian and him, saying something back to her. I'm not sure why, but all those things happening at 10 pm show me red flags. Katie was also said to be studying. Did Chris hear Katie call out to Sebastian? He's never mentioned that very important moment during their phone call.

Red flags to me right from the beginning and continuing “I don’t know why he walked out that door “
So odd to say if you didn’t see that and witness that . Also why highlight so many positive things done the day before .. “he got a colossal popcorn “ (I have heard so much about this “colossal popcorn ) ok well the restaurant he went to doesn’t have anything called a “colossal popcorn “ now I do have a autistic child and he calls food items different things that he associates them with . But I would let the public know “he calls popcorn from BJ’s colossal popcorn “ idk . It has felt almost rehearsed “ok we did this , we went bowling we went to his aunts , we went to Texas road house “ paraphrasing here but you get my point . Those things bother me when it comes to words .

I have a question about the mccans.
Being that both of them are doctors, they would be well aware that children often overdose accidentally on over-the-counter drugs.
They can get groggy, fall, and potentially have a fatal accident from it.
They would have treated such cases, and this would be foremost in their minds.
If they overdosed Madeline, maybe both of them thinking the other one hadn't abministered and administered, maybe even made a wrong assumption about how much she could be given, or 2 different medications were given that don't jive well together.
Why wouldn't they simply allege that she did that herswlf while they were taking care of the twin, or taking a shower or something like that ...
Madeline, whose mischievous 3-year-old got into their medicine box being that they are traveling it was less secure, or it was moved, etc. It would be completely excusable, and they could have simply said that she scaped scrutiny for a few seconds and might have swallowed something.
They didn't notice and then found her fallen behind the sofa, called 911 or the equivalent in Portugal.
They would have found out that she had taken the medicine on her own,
It seems to me that they really did not want her body found, the question begs, why ?
Also the fact that her records were sealed and she was made a ward of the state thereafter, her death ... Why must the body not be found? And why must her records not be made available?

With all due respect and peace, why is the thumbnail of this video a woman leaning in to the camera with a low cut shirt? That’s an intentional decision. I’m not saying I’m going to disregard what is said here, in general I think Mr. Hyatt is spot on with his perspectives. But I do have to question the thumbnail. I’m really over women’s bodies being thrown in my face at every damn turn in life.

@jennyjennjenn931 It's not random. It's a picture of Katelyn Markham one of the subjects in this video

I understand that, but again, the decision was made to use that particular image.

@jenny, when you upload a video to RUclips, it gives you 2-3 images to choose from or you can choose your own. Likely Peter just picked one of the ones RUclips suggested.
