okay i just did it and it makes it that you can take iso 100-1600 and idk the rest heres where you can get it web.canon.jp/imaging/eosd/firm-e/eosdigital4/download.html you must extract it in your computer and get the .FIR file into the SD card with a nother device or SD card reader, i used a tascam lol, then do the same thing of this video and remove the battery for 8 sec and update it again, and then it will be completed :)
I recently bought this 450d camera but has 1.0.4 firmware and "busy" issue, you know how can i have 1.1.0 firmware and if that would solve my problem
I was looking for that too. However as I have read online, you have to update to 1.0.9 first then to 1.1.0

Like watching paint dry. I bought mine brand new and never bothered updating the firmware. Same thing with my 6D.
