If she is to blame for drugs on her property then the govt is to blame for the drugs and gangs in NZ.
Please tell us all,why the government is to blame for the drugs and gangs in New Zealand.
Keep persevering Matilda and staff. It is near impossible to help these men and their situations but it only takes a few tenacious people to help change the odds so keep persevering!
❤❤
All the very best to this wonderful proud and strong wahine. You keep going, your always going to get a bad apple, don't let that stop you.
We need many more Matilda's in NZ . I admire your work. Keep going strong we need ppl and places like this
Matilda. I am 4 years clean of drugs. And I think that one person's fup should not be reason for Ur healing place two be shut down. U are doing good for Ur brothers.❤❤❤ I support what Ur doing.
An amazing healer of a wahine, a beautiful kaupapa that I’ve watched grow and help many brothers from its inception and the many successes that don’t get talked about… thank you for your mani to the people and some of our most vulnerable Matilda… Kia Ora
I recently met 2 well mannered men, they explained they were almost finished with your course. I new their background but I was impressed how they communicated and held themselves. I see this program will be of great benefit for attendees, but other people and organisations will complain behind your back. Because your mahi makes them all look incompetent. Association with drugs is a means for authorities to seize all assets. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Ka pai to mahi wairua e te Whaea Love what you are doing for our warriors lost in the system .Keep up the tino Ataahua mahi .If I win lotto you will be hearing from me tuturu korero .Tihei Mauri Ora.
You can find drugs and contraband in prisons also.
As a pakeha that grew up in a community of at least 50%Māori I noticed that my brown friends got in trouble alot easier than I did .
They are not any worse than us white fellas ,they are just under more scrutiny.
Two times in the late eighties my friends got busted for weed when I was allowed to walk away ,I was just as guilty,I am now 57 with a clean police record, my friends not so lucky .
Ka pai to mahi whaea. We need more wahine toa like you to help our people reconnect to tikanga and identity. As you said, you can't save everyone but those who want to be save, will always respect you.
Thank you Matilda.
❤❤❤
People being arrested in a rehabilitation center is actually pretty common.
You are doing a great job.
❤
Kia Kaha E Hine!..Ka Mau Te Wehi To Mahi Katoa!..Mauri Tu-Mauri Ora-Mauri Aroha!
If a facility is provided, run at a level, where the ones running it, can talk the talk and have walked it. Why isnt it not supported? National have an aim...gangs, so these things that help at a health level, dosen't make a profit, like the justice system. Kia kaha Matilda ❤
You'll get some that f**k it up for the others
Kaua e wareware Whaea Matilda e mahi pai ana koe. Kia mau! Kia kaha! Kia toa! Nga mihi nui ia koe!
God bless you Matilda, you are doing a fantastic and amazing job, keep strong.
she needs deep intense support rather than slander,,,,,, our Maori people understand our Maori people better than any British court can ; im a pakeha raised by Ngapuhi,,,, and i see the way of learning is more connected this way! its more organic and its more about how to help others recconect with their land and their people which gives them more motivation to continue on the clean path rather than a white face telling them what to do eh ,,,,,
You think Caucasians like the court too? Wake up. The way you warriors act like such victims makes me wish my ancestors never came here. But I'm too many generations removed to be able to live in Scotland or England I'm stuck here. With you guys. And it sucks
Money is very tempting for anyone, but people will fall, even when your doing well. It's human nature but never give up. This world needs people like Matilda. She's the example for all of us. Imagine if there were more people like her. Your never feel alone in this world. I think that aroha she offers is the one thing most gang members lacked while growing up. Appreciate your work Matilda and Whanau ❤
Keep up the great work matilda💯💚
Nga mihi whaea!!
Nah she didn't know when she said that i could tell by her face she 100% telling the truth 😢
In the interview the presenter said she has shree sons in the Headhunters gang they will not be happy with the persons involved who ruined their mums reputation and good works for the community unless of course they are above them in the Gangs
Want all the best for you and your vision e wahine
Why is New Zealand (a supposedly open-minded country) so paranoid about drugs??
Thankyou Matilda ❤
God bless Matilda! If I am any good judge of persons, she is completely innocent. She honestly didn't know and was very hurt and disappointed. God bless the gentlemen who returned to support her, too. These people are doing the right thing and the govt should step out of their way. In support of the police, they were doing their job and did the right thing, too. But now the govt should be looking to support and help the rehab center, not shut it down. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater!
When you go to the rehab or remand centre you can get any drug you want there
Looks like one person used it as a safe house.
Its difficult not to believe otherwise. Gid bless you for making the effort, but it is a difficult job you have undertaken and unfortunately you will always get the negative side that when someone makes the wrong move both inside your organisation and the outsiders who have jobs to do. Kia kaha
She’s doing great work but what was she doing when her kids were growing up and joining gangs?
Doing the washing paying the bills and making a Kai and everything else that's involved being the best mum.. Kia kaha Matilda..
Kia kaha whaea, being arrested is a hurdle, he'll get there
She has rules
Why is there a question mark in the headline?
Can you help me 😢❤❤😢
Sup brother Haks
Why is she dressed like that? Normally see her in Versace shades and designer brand clothing smh NS88
Helping people with no respect in your mahi ridiculous💯
Wheres all the.money go?
Anything that works for us, pakeha will demonize. Remember pakeha capitalize on our misery
Firstly, if it's not funded by the country's taxpayers, it's no issue for me. These are not the usual abused helpless children, these men are responsible for their own decisions and can spend time where they like if it's privately funded by maori supporters, and operates within the law. If it is funded by you and I, we have every right to question and I hope that every tax payer funded service is deeply vetted on an ongoing basis, be it race based or otherwise.
@@DossNZ Well said my friend and Maori need to stop playing the victim card ,they’ve only got themselves to blame. Not anyone else.
Just remember one thing ,you actually make your own misery ,do not blame the Pākehā for your bad choices.the end 😂
