I love you. Seriously, I've learned more by watching a few of your videos than I have in three semesters of math, trying to learn complicated formulas. After watching to the awesomeness of Mr. Whitt, I get my arrows poppin' and the rest of the steps fall into place. Why are more people not teaching the Arrow Poppin' method?!
I'm smiling all the way through these math lessons! Ha! Math used to look like a lot of puzzle pieces lying in a box with many missing pieces. Whew! Thank you Mr. Whitt.:)
God bless you, I been out of school for 24 years I just finished my first year of college with a 3.82 GPA. Now this math course has me feeling ill.....hahaha....then I found you last night, my precious light at the end of this horrible sewer tunnel. You have given me a chance to grasp this math, the anxiety of a low grade was taking me way down. You threw me a rope with your videos, and now im a take that rope and whoop me some algebras ass!! Bless you and please keep em coming I 2 college math courses back to back. me and you are family now... hahahaa
+desirre38 Hey family! Thanks 4 watching and congratulations on your academic success! I'm very proud of you! As you are already aware, I'm still just bringing sodas and lemonade to grandma's house 4 Thanksgiving and Christmas! You'll need 2 chip in on one of the cooked dishes. Don't worry about bringing ice, I'll have some with me. Anyway, see you guys there! Love and miss you! Bye Fam!
Hi, Mr. Witt. You are my favorite Math teacher ever! You made Math so much easier. I have been studying at home for my Math placement test and all I do is watch your videos every single day LOL. Thankyou your vids are awesome!
Let me tell you...this was KILLING ME and your teaching in the video has been the best thing for my learning!!! Many blessings to you for being an amazing teacher!
This was the best video ever It's been awhile since I have been in school Math is my favorite subject I needed a refresher course to help someone pass their GED This was AWESOME
Mr. Whitt you make solving these problems this look so easy and I was actually able to arrive at the correct answers on my own - who would have thought it lol! AND I am so happy you were able to pop your arrows all over the place - gotta love that distributive property! Thank you for another great and clearly instructive video :)
I've learned what i needed from this video to help me with Polynomials!!! Thank you i love your videos and how well you explain everything and all your examples!
I'm a grade 7 student from the Philippines and my Math teacher always scolds for having low grades, but then i found you now my Math teacher no longer scolds me BTW i like your accent
Thank you so much, I have learned a lot , I am currently taking online beginning algebra, (lol) and you have made real easy where I can actually understand. How I work the problems, I think I'm starting to like math!! Yay :-)
This is great i tried watching khan academy but he didn’t explain it too well and i started crying because i didn’t get how to do it and i felt stupid because usually i start to catch on to math stuff but i didn’t but you explained it thoroughly and all the possible problems i could get on homework in the future
thank you so much sir youre helping me so much bu i have question whats the answer for this one: what is the simplified product of (x+2) and (2x+3y) a.3x+5y , b.2x squared+6y squared, c.3xsquared +8xy+5ysquared and d.2xsquared+7xy+6ysquared . i tried to solve it but my answer is not match with the multiple choices that is given there. hope to hear from you soon sir ... thank you regards. Trisna
+Beryl Moreau It wasn't dropped. A positive term times a negative term yields a negative result. The product -5x^2yz is the result of multiplying 5x^2y times -z.
Yes, that's correct. x times x is x². When multiplying like bases, add the exponents. Check out this video called "Integers as Exponents"! ruclips.net/video/j-uzACUunrQ/видео.html
-5n is the correct answer. Check out problems number 7 & 8 from our "Subtracting Polynomials" video for problems like this. ruclips.net/video/8TvJoktfYzw/видео.html

In problem #8. multiplying the first term against -z; why was the negative dropped on the z?
+Beryl Moreau It wasn't dropped. A positive term times a negative term yields a negative result. The product -5x^2yz is the result of multiplying 5x^2y times -z.

4:41 why did you get a 16xSquared?
It's the product of multiplying 2x times 8x.
Thanks for the quick reply, i didn't know when you had to x's that makes a squared
Yes, that's correct. x times x is x². When multiplying like bases, add the exponents. Check out this video called "Integers as Exponents"! ruclips.net/video/j-uzACUunrQ/видео.html
