    Looks fantastic! I buy those Sam’s Club tomahawks and I have a Weber Genesis. I usually get the grill ripping hot and sear the steak ….2 mins, flip; 2 mins, flip and repeat 2 or 3 times. I then remove the steak, turn all the burners off except the left burner, turn the left to low, wait a minute or two and put the steak on the upper rack on the right. It’ll usually sit there for about 12-15 mins until the temp hits 125. After removing I baste with melted butter that tyme, and garlic in it. …Just sharing what I do.

    Nice steak. More salt. Sear on grill then finish in oven. Nice cook.

      I will try that at some point. Don’t get to enjoy cowboy steak too often and not to mention it’s not cheap. So didn’t want to mess it up.
