No no it didn't bother me at all. I Just wondered why you would need it after a SimonK firmware flash. Could be you had a good reason for it - i wouldn't know if i didn't ask ;-)

Hi .I try exact like you do,to flash,but not work for me!
The motor make only one sound and not spin..What can be the problem?

So if i want to program me an ESC that is been flashed with Simonk what programming card should i get ??

First of: Why do you want to program them? You have already flashed them with SimonK firmware which is optimized for multirotor usage.
Second of all: I'm not sure there are any programming cards to program ESC's flashed with SimonK firmware, simply because they aren't needed. When you flash the ESC's with SimonK you plug them in and power them up. Then you put throttle stick at max - when beeps lower the throttle stick to minimum. That is pretty standard and is all you need for multirotor use right? :-)

Can the HobbyKing Programming card for BlueSeries Brushless Speed Controller Be used after Flashing with Simonk.

Nope. The BlueSeries programming card can only be used with the BlueSeries firmware - which no longer exist on the ESC :-)
