Just finished it. Honestly the part that really got me was the very end. Just because in processing grief, you often hear from those comforting you that “[the person who died] would want you to move on and be happy”. Liz is dead to everyone else, even though she’s technically not. She doesn’t get to ascend to a higher plane of existence or move on. I feel like maybe the only hope she had in a way was that at least Lawson, the only person who still bothered messaging her and kept her memory alive- *wouldn’t* move on. But he does, at the very end. When the screen flashes a million “NO”s I gotta say I could feel the desperation of not wanting to be truly, *truly* alone forever- a forgotten memory.
This game made me cry really hard. Maybe I wasn't in the best state of mind, but a reminder that one day I will become nothing more that a ghost in the form of some pixels on the screen broke me. There is a game I've been playing for around 10 years. Seeing random players that haven't logged in for 8 years still seems a little surreal. Some of them have died - it's a known fact around a small community. One day I will die too. Maybe I would love a gnost of me to remain and remind unknown people that I have existed once
Yea this game really is great and it’s surreal to me when I see people that haven’t been online in years for a game we used to all play together. It’s all so surreal

Orion could be better at the whole in a computer thing because they're not actually a person. They're gathering sacrifices for... some reason
19:18 - You missed a couple little parts of this puzzle. On the screens where the statues have gems, clicking the "The Order" banners causes the gems to flash in sequence (and the pink one flashes 3 times), and the red status has a book with a roman "I" for 1; you need to know at least one of those to be sure of the correct order. The full logic here is: * The yellow and pink gems are together, and the red and green gems are together, so each pair must be together. * For each pair of gems the left glows before the right, so yellow comes before pink, and red comes before green. * The red statue holds a book with a roman numeral 1, and the pink statue holds the booking saying End, so red must be first, and pink must be last. * Ergo, the order must be is Red, Green, Yellow and Pink. * The pink one flashes 3 times, so that must be the "greedy" one to be clicked 3 times. You can figure it out if you don't notice the book (because you can get the order of the pairs from the pink statue being last, and the overall order from the way the gems light), or if you don't find the way the gems glow (because you know which are first and last, and and the middle two are paired with them), but you didn't mention either, and seemed to just guess (correctly!) that you'd go left-to-right for both pairs of gems. Also: 19:30 "When you click on the ending, it says he needs 3 stones, calling him greedy..." Uhh, nope, that's just straight-up not what happens; all clicking on the pink statue (or the "End" book) does is bless it. When you first join the area, it says one statue is greedy, but it doesn't say which one, nor how many clicks it needs. You have to figure that out from the gems. Good video, mind, got me to play the game!
Oh yea it is. I’ve heard of this game before. Second life is super similar but yea that logo is def inspired off that game. Even the name other worlds is inspired off that

* The yellow and pink gems are together, and the red and green gems are together, so each pair must be together.
Also: 19:30 "When you click on the ending, it says he needs 3 stones, calling him greedy..."
Uhh, nope, that's just straight-up not what happens; all clicking on the pink statue (or the "End" book) does is bless it. When you first join the area, it says one statue is greedy, but it doesn't say which one, nor how many clicks it needs. You have to figure that out from the gems.
Good video, mind, got me to play the game!
Glad you enjoyed the game. I didn’t want the video to be super long so I didn’t want to talk about the puzzles super long. But thanks for your comment
Bro, just 3 secs in and you drop tge buckshot roulette song. I'm in.
BUCKSHOT OST GOES HARD
i just noticed that the desktop game icon is similar to active worlds
Oh yea it is. I’ve heard of this game before. Second life is super similar but yea that logo is def inspired off that game. Even the name other worlds is inspired off that
I thought this would have like 200K views this is underrated
Im so glad this video was recommended to me
the intro instantly breaks the immersion, personalized lock screens were basically not a thing in the 2000s
They were on Mac’s so maybe this computer is inspired by a Mac book
@@jobo_the_hobo the computer is extremely windows XP looking in all other aspects
@@wordart_guian yea who knows at least we get the password puzzle and just to be I guess the calm before the storm
Really nice video, glad I found your channel! The only suggestion I'd make is maybe invest in a pop filter to make the plosives a bit less harsh. Looking forward to more from you! :)
Thanks man. Yea I’ve been meaning to get one but keep not getting one lol. But I’ll def do that since it throws off the audio flow
Nice video bro. I recommend getting a pop filter for your mic to avoid the “p’s” in your speech hitting so hard
Def gonna get one now keep holding it off lol. But I need one
You need way more recognition
WHOOOO DYING LIGHT SOUNDTRACK
YEAAA DYING LIGHT GOES HARD
the songs are so lovely i like this game
idk if im late or if i didnt see it in the video yet, but em is actually engaged apparently to lawson. kinda sad knowing the history behind it
Yea I talk about that at the end
holy cow, i live near that exit.
That’s sick
I have been loving the more recent videos from you man! If you ever need a voice actor for any of videos, you know where to find me! Keep it up!
dude...I was legit gonna ask you and a couple others to voice the messages but decided not to last minute lol. but I'm glad you enjoyed and ill def hit you up for when I do another video like this.
@@jobo_the_hobo You know it man! I would be glad to!
Keep the content going Jobo! I love essay stuff so. I’ll flock to it ^^
Thanks man Glad you enjoyed
Great video but the fact that you read son-of-law as sono-flaw annoyed me way more than it should have
OHHHH LOL whoops lol
Very cool game! Though, I can't understand without using captions because I am hard of hearing. In future vids, try mixing the music at a lower volume!
Yea I’ll def do that RUclips can make audio louder so I’ll fix that for next time. Thanks for the feedback
You’re so underrated!! Awesome content. New sub

Damn this is an underrated vid
I enjoyed playing it! Nice video!
Ngl I saw this as an analogy for suicide…
Yea I didn’t wanna say that since RUclips doesn’t like that word. But yea that’s definitely one of this games messages
