Well run Gareth and the team and great filming Naomi - looks a great course for a flyer - I enjoyed the Loxley Lash 5kms series this year --- a lot easier than my regular outings at the Barnsley parkrun !!

Great running from all. 5K is such a painfest 🤯. But I prefer it over the marathon any day🫡
Honestly would rather a marathon over any distance, even more so the shorter they get 😅
