@@seltos2802 I wouldn't say it's better than playing with someone on court, but its definitely faster than drives in real game (because string is pulling shuttle back). Yes forehand is really tricky but doable.

You could use a plastic shuttle instead of a feathered one in order to make it last longer! :) Cool content!

There's more resistance with nylon shuttles so there's less sensitivity and you have to hit it just a little harder, so by the time you use a real bird, you're gonna be lifting a little harder than you should/want. If you wanna save money, then just use old game birds and keep replacing them

What will be the difference, if I am not using rubber thread ? I assume with fabric thread, it may less stable in its return, but it also may simulate the uncertainty when your opponent hits back ? Hummm, I am going to try that. Thanks for the thought. bro.

BG 80 probably. But if you want to get better, start playing with feathers because lot of stuff like net play or sliced shots are weird with plastics and also the game is just a slug fest :D But if you don't have money or break feathers quickly buy one tube and train net shots at home that also helps.

if u mean plastic shuttles, i think BG65 at a low tension works. High tension damages the string faster with plastic shuttle and BG65 is a durable string.

Dude it is good for power and strength in your forearm and wrist but it is not very effective in defence as the shuttle will always come to the racket itself we are doing nothing . I thik wall practice is better than that for defence .

Its has rubber core with textile surface, I think its for socks. I bought it in textile shop. I typed "rubber string" and first few hits on amazon are similar to mine.

@@martincerven i still think wall hitting is better and easier. tying the shuttles on your racket is too much work, not to mention the shuttles will get worn out pretty fast. you can also spam your backhand with speed and power on the wall. just my two cents...

Not everyone has wall he can destroy, a lot of people live in cities where its hard to find wall you can smash shuttle without neighbors complaining. Also this is way faster than hitting wall. I would not say one is better than another, if you have a wall, good for you. if you don't you can use this 🤘
