Maybe because I don't really know how to edit patterns to a masculine bodytype and the regular men shirts are So Boring (and also because sewing knitted fabric Scares Me)

Hi! I posted this above too but I just really want people to know this info. Another pregnant person here just trying to spread the good word - you don’t have to accept this widely accepted body change during or after pregnancy. For anyone reading this, see if there is a pelvic floor physical in your area if you experience this problem. Your pelvic floor might be under or over engaged, both of which can cause stress incontinence. A pelvic floor therapist can help you with this problem that so many women think is just something to deal with during/after birth. 🥰

Postpartum info- look into the Bengkung belly binding method. It will help your abdominals heal faster and hopefully bring your hips back to prepregnancy shape. I’m a mother of four boys and didn’t know about this when I had my babies. I wish I had because my ribs flare out and my hips are much wider. During and after pregnancy your body puts out hormones that soften your bones “ for expansion”. So they are still pliable after and can be eased back into shape. Best of luck with your next big life change. You and Dan will be great. Be kind and caring with each other, because any big change is hard especially with no sleep.

Also I'm working on a watson bra - my boobs are already a lot bigger and lets just say - even in normal times I struggle to find anything in store where the material doesn't scratch me and I actually feel comfortable in, and pregnancy has amplified that. And if the first bras are not worn for long, I'm okay with that since I've heard it takes a few trials until you perfect the bra making game. I'm working on the watson bra, in case you're interested. I think that one can be adapted to be a nursing bra.

OMG RUclips has not been sending me your videos for AGES despite definitely having notifications on. 🙃 I had no idea you were even pregnant! Congratulations, hoping for a safe delivery, and so glad you're still able to enjoy so many clothes you made. That empire dress in particular is gorgeous. ❤

will you have any vlogs w/ the baby or any vids focused on pregnancy/new parenthood? i’ve been loving those lately but also know that this channel is more focused on diy/fashion 😊 anyway love these and hopefully will make things from patterns soon, as i only do little thrift flips bc of my limited sewing knowledge

Hi Wendy!! Hi hope you & Dan enjoy the birth of your baby.. Time will come quicker than anticipated but don’t worry you’ll be ready, even if you don’t think you are.. My daughter is due next month, I totally can’t wait for to experience motherhood….
