Just a quick suggestion. Make sure you have several good strong magnets near all your studio stuff for triple checking for dropped pins. Babies need lots of time on the floor and will find any pins you miss.

I think animals sometimes walk backwards when they have cones on their heads because they think they're in a tube that they just need to walk backwards from to escape
I like that fact. It make total sense.
my cats walk backwards whenever someone tries to put bows or collars on them. They can't really be seen as tubes, but they still do that.

I love these updates. Your vibe is so soft and sweet, your baby will be so happy. Just a tip from an Aunt, always have an extra box of diapers in the next size up! They go up in size literally over night. I can’t wait to see what baby projects you come up with 💕

May I suggest getting some muji closet stackable drawers~ I got the Wide series in Deep and Large size drawers where I fold my sweaters (chunky and thin) and lighter outerwear (long knit cardigans, packable down filled short jackets, denim jackets, small parkas, etc) Then the regular series for my midi skirts, pants and blouses that are made in fabrics that doesn't wrinkle much. You can store a lot and will have easy access on them. No need to rotate your closet or haul a bunch of bins from storage~ :) It also prevents you from shopping without purging! My rule: if it can't fit in my closet, I can't have it OR I have to purge some items~
Please get size 1 diapers too. Babies grow very quickly. When I had my son he actually only used the newborn for about 2 weeks. Had a lot of extra newborn diapers lol

Wendy!! Something I just want to commend you on is your vocabulary when you talk about clothing that you aren’t using right now/ doesn’t fit you right now because you are growing a baby in your body!!! I feel like so often I see women kind of self reflexively shaming themselves when they talk about pregnancy bodies/ clothes and to see the exact opposite has made a huge shift in perception for me as a non pregnant person - but also for when I think about when I will be a pregnant human it’s not as scary/ shameful to think about all the things that won’t fit. It’s for a reason, it’s probably not forever, and if it is, oh well!! Priority is being happy and comfortable in your body. I know this is quite ramble, but I just appreciate your perception on this so much 💕 congratulations mamacita 😘

I am literally 1 month into decluttering/deep cleaning my whole entire house...and I just had to stop to give virtual hugs...bc the struggle is real! I haven't "deep cleaned/decluttered" in 5 years, thanks to hip surgery 2 and 3, the last being a total hip replacement 7 months ago, at 37...(wish I had just done this at surgery #2 smh), and my 18yr moving out, and my 8 yr old, outgrowing stuff...omg...so much stuffs!! Lol 🤗🤗🤗💖💖💖

Don't buy too many new born size diapers and baby clothes, because they grow out of it so fast. Will you be making any baby clothes? That would be so cute.
Really depends on the baby, I followed this advice when I had my baby boy and he was very small and we needed to run and get more newborn sized stuff last minute because he kept spitting up on his clothes and we didn’t have enough hahaha

I used the wearable panty pads after birth. They were so much more comfortable and I was never worried about shifting or leaks or stains or anything. Just wanted to share.

i have a thought to share: consider that the baby has been hearing the world all this time, at full volume. wouldn't it be more convenient if you didn't *have* to be quiet for baby? maybe try letting the baby sleep with all the ordinary sounds they've gotten used to in your house up to now. the only downside is you get a kid who can sleep through anything, which becomes an issue when it comes time for them to cooperate with you to get out the door in the morning. i speak from experience

I had braces but was bad at wearing my retainer. I feel like Invisalign would be a nice way to bring them back to new but not sure if the movement is worth the money. I have a permanent retainer in the front so I don’t have to worry about the front gap.

If you’re into tea, I would recommend drinking red raspberry leaf tea because it will help ease labor pains and regulates your hormones + high in calcium/vitamin c! Also to help that baby maneuver out of that north canal....MOVE! Light exercise, cloying yoga movements, squats.

Sorry, incoming unsolicited advice:
I see Sagwa has some discoloration for her eye gunk, my cats are darker, but also have this occasionally. My vet recommended using a gentle baby wipe to clean. Not just does it clean, but the slightly oily moisture helps prevent future gunk from sticking. My cats aren’t a fan, probably because even the very sensitive wipes have a scent. But it does help with cleaning.
No, just boiled water that is cooled down on a cotton pad, with a little cornflower extract you can buy ready-made for cats. No scent, gets the stains away easily and they don't hate it. The brand is Oropharma of Versele-Laga eye care.

Ahh this was nice, I felt in each section you show something different I want to comment something I love vlogs that draw you in with personality and its like you're their with a friend.
You didn’t ask and I don’t know what your plans are for the future if you intend on staying in the space for a long time however when baby starts cruising (7-12months)which I realize is far off because baby is not even born yet but when baby starts pulling themselves up and cruising up you will realize how wobbly those bases are for a flatscreen TVs so I would suggest mounting it now so that you don’t have to worry about it later.
Ps. I’m overjoyed for you. Babies are so lovely.
