Looks like you find yourself a couple of winners. I buy from auctions too. So that's exactly why I'm looking at compact jump boxes like that one. My only concern is how is it holding up for you after some months of use?

I have not had any issues or problems with customer service. I bought directly from them on their website. I am able to get to them directly via phone, email, ig and Facebook.
I used the product daily and it is still getting the job done.
