Got one for our daughter! She has such short drives that her battery is always low. Also got one for ourselves so we can self-rescue rather than waiting 30+ minutes for roadside assistance on our road trips.

No disrespect intended, my honest reaction was that this felt a lot like sponsored content. The battery bank jump starters have been around for a while, and I think I would have preferred to see a comparison of the best ones out there. This one seems good, but not sure I understood why it was any better than the many others out there. I’m open to seeing you take on product reviews, but I’m not sure this one really landed. It felt a little too much like an advertisement in my opinion. That said, I’d love to see you take another shot in the realm of products you’ve found super helpful over the years. Respect your opinion a lot, and would love to hear more from you on various automotive topics.
I think that’s valuable feedback! As the channel continues to grow, these types of opportunities have increased in proportion. The reason I haven’t done a video like this is because everything before this has felt irrelevant to the space; however, being the first one (and therefore somewhat “out of context”), I can see how it comes across that way. I’ll try a more analytical approach to such products in the future-and maybe throw in a comparison aspect when applicable. That said, the ease of use of the Hulkman and it’s ability to moonlight as a really powerful personal charger were very appealing to me. Thanks for the constructive criticism! If we don’t listen to our audiences then what’s the point of even doing this job? 😉👍🏻
