      That all depends on the float. This was a 1/2 oz below a 1/4 oz float

      Why run a 1/2 oz weight under a 1/4 oz float with, assuming, an 1/8 oz jig? Honest question, to submerge it even more for soft soft bites?

      @ the jigs I’m running are more like 1/16th. Really small, and in slow water I like a float that will go under if they even think of biting it. In faster water or if we were fishing off the bank I would run a larger float size.
