  • Today, we covered just 30km with the intention of reaching Mount Buller and exploring its surroundings. Opting for the less-traveled route, we chose the Burnt Top Hill Track-and what an epic drive it turned out to be! To backtrack a bit, we began our journey at Bernie's Campsite, where we spent the previous night. For more details on that, check out our previous video.
Initially, the drive was relatively easy, taking us through dense forests that seemed untouched for days. We were apprehensive about encountering fallen trees blocking the road, but as we approached the summit of Burnt Top Hill, the track started to get steeper and steeper, with sheer cliffs lining the edge. I was gripping my seat throughout!
We wrapped up our adventure at Pineapple Flat Campground, where we enjoyed a well-deserved rest. What a drive it was! If you enjoyed this video, don't forget to subscribe for more as we continue to explore the High Country!

    This is a great ep.
    Liked and subbed.
You’ve inspired me to head out that way again. We were out that way in March but we did Pinnibar, Blue Rag, Crooked River and Billy Goats. This is definitely on the list though.
