No, for now I don't plan to bring live sessions to the EB-1 course but maybe in the future. I am piloting that with NIW and when/if I have the bandwith I will bring it to EB-1A. Pricing is also set accordingly :)

I come from a Finance background, and the officer mentioned that the endeavor is very broad and overambitious, which was suggested by a consultant. If not sure - I am planning to add a business plan to my EB1, although I know people mainly use it for EB2 business cases. A question ,if you tell USCIS in your i-140 that you will come the US and I'll do work in some feald, but after green card approval, you continue work in the US in a totally unrelated feald , can they take away your green card or like not give you citizen ship?
Please what financial evidence or affidavit of support did you submit with your civil documents NVC requested for financial evidence. what are financial evidence for a eb2 green for people not based in USA

Hi Oscar, Thanks for your videos, they are of great help indeed. May I ask if it is safe to use the argument of ITAR limitation in the third prong? For majority of high tech jobs or fields that has applications in defense are restricted by ITAR. So the argument that one cannot get a job and hence labor certification because of this is a strong and safe argument to use? Thanks in advance
Hi! Not familiar with what ITAR is...you question seems to be very specific to your case and I don't provide that kind of personalized help. In the third prong you can argue the labor certification is impactical, check the USCIS policy manual

But i dont think so if you are doing something other than what you have mentioned in ur eb2 niw endeavour will lead to cancellation of ur green card. They will not ask upon renewal of ur green card or if you decide to go for citizenship to show them the evidence that u were doing what u had mentioned in ur eb2 niw

I got the receipt number for niw but not the online access code. I messaged the USCIS to get the code but they said I-140 doesn't qualify for online access code. Did you guys get that ?and how ?

Hi Oscar I'm doing a masters course that will qualify me for the EB2 NIW at Glasgow Caledonian university in the UK: Applied data science in Engineering. The course will be completed May this year. I have less than a year experience, do I qualify for eb2niw
I don't do evaluations, as Niko explains very well in this video, you are the one who needs to review requirements for the category and understand if you can make a case for yourself

Yes, it is a factor to consider . Quality is important, not only quantity
