On the latest version from Dell (4.0) I don't see any Remote Provisioning options. Also, how is it that your program is version 5.2, but a month after this video's publish date Dell Command | Intel vPro Out of Band was on version 3.3, and even now (Feb 2022) we're on 4.0?
A year later and we still dont have v5.2.0. v4.5.0 does not have remote provisioning available and I still cant figure out how to set up usb provisioning
when i compare this to iLo i find Ilo is a lot simpler and easier to use, Dell sells machines with vpro option but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to use vpro without all the complexity - to be fair perhaps this is an intel issue
AFAIK Dell provides this feature to most of its workstations, laptops and even thin clients. Where's HP integrates iLO only in servers and microservers. For servers Dells gives iDRACK which is equivalent of iLO/iPMI/iRMC
What if my environment does NOT have/use SCCM
Can you show us how to provision via USB?
These are super helpful Thank you! Please Make a video about Dell command Warranty

Any luck? We are gong to be purchasing a fleet of dell micro PCs with Vpro and hoping we can get the remote desktop to work easily.

Beside, you have also Mesh Commander which, as folks say, is much easier to setup and run than dells suite. And is open source.
Entering bios using remote access is insanee
