The music from Two Steps from Hell has been the inspiration behind so many scenes in my books. Their music immediately fires up my imagination.

Now im teased. What are your books called?
I became a writer and aspiring speculative fiction/fantasy author because of Two Steps from Hell. An entire scene sprung from Winterspell.
Same here. Best band for writing. Every song is a journey to a new fantastic world.
Same with me. In particular, Flight of the Silverbird, El Dorado, and Believe were three of the four pieces that inspired an entire webcomic pitch out of me. Someday, when the battle of bills and full-time job comes to an end (or at least ebbs), I'll get to putting the story down on pages.
It's been 18 months since the album was released and it still sounds as good as the first time

Sometimes music makes me smile.
Sometimes, it makes me sigh.
Sometimes, it gives me goosebumps.
But this, at 0:42-0:57 outdid all the others, it made me weep openly.
Thank you Mr. Thomas Bergersen for everything you've done. I owe you so much.
It takes an immensely talented person to create just one masterpiece, but to create so many pieces of music that touches the hearts and souls of people all over the world in such a powerful, inspiring and beautiful loving way is to me, to bring an expression of Heaven to our ears and definitely nothing short of Epic, love it! 😁❤️
Yep, roughly 1 out of 10 pieces that come out of this channel (or thomas bergersen) is a masterpiece without exaggeration, it truly is.

This piece always felt to me like Thomas getting back to his roots with Illusions-style instrumentation and writing. A welcome return, to be sure. Hopefully someday towards the end of the decade, when Creatures of the Forest and the other Humanity chapters are out, we might hear an equivalent for Miracles....
That violin solo in the middle definitely screams illusions 🔥🔥
