I can’t lie Hamza, these videos are so much more helpful to me than the shorter ones. I completely understand why you make those short ones (viewer retention rate, algorithm boost, channel growth) but anyone who seeks self improvement will come to you anyways. These long videos rly speak to me and a lot of others so thx for all ur help anyways

Man im only 15 but youve really made me realise how little discipline there is among most people these days. it almost gives me a sense of imposter syndrome when i beat someone half a foot taller than me in an arm wrestle when i could be working out way more consistently or getting a good grade without studying anywhere near what i could. people think im disciplined when im just not being completely idle. You've really made me want to realise my full potential and get all 9s at gcse so i can take 4 alevels and get more progress on my physique than i already have.
You really remind me of an online version of my best friend, who stopped me from being the weird kid by introducing me to a group of actual relatively high quality guys and showing me how not to be a socially inept dumbass. i went from my primary school teachers thinking i was autistic to a confident young man and that wouldn't have happened without him. i can imagine you doing the same for people that didnt get the same luck i did.
So basically i think youre doing great work for young men and yourself, thank you

Started working out 2 years ago when I was 15 and I've started to notice people treating me differently about a year or so into it. Last year in April, I started a coding RUclips channel and I started it with the expectation of having to do this for atleast 2 years before I see any success. Hope to be in the same position you are in 2-3 years time.

It’s crazy because Ngl I have this feeling we’re I’m going 3 steps forward than 2 steps back , I’ve given up on some of my passions like for fashion and I stopped filming self help videos on my channel because I feel I’m not good enough to speak on things I’m not perfect at . I get so upset that I don’t have that one thing I’m great at . This gives me great insight on inspiration that change and motivation doesn’t happen overnight. We all start from scratch and we can’t downplay the small achievements because they add up to the bigger picture.

One of the things I am most grateful about is that I found Hamza in the early days (Sept 2020), he had about 100 subs. I saw the process this man went through, I feel like I "witnessed" the shadow work of who I truly believe would become one of the most successful people worldwide. I still remember being in the discord lecture about how to become a youtuber, he had 4k subs back then, 2 weeks later he was at 70k. It took him WAY longer to go from 100 to 4k, than from 4k to 70k.
I know maybe I wasnt personally friends with Hamza to see before the RUclips videos, which probably would have been a clearer picture of the shadow work.

He’s right u know. Think about in like HS. 14-18 are pivotal years. You can start out as a loser freshman and become the boss by senior year. If u start at 18-22 self improvement path you can do the same, but probably faster because u have more time and money. 22-27 are the years where breakthroughs are happening. Nonstop. 1STMAN says 27 is the most dangerous year in a man’s life. The brain is pretty much fully developed by 25. If you haven’t committed to change and begun to put in the work between the years 27-33. You can lose decades to a life of mundane normalcy. I’ve seen it guys that are 40-45 still working jobs high schoolers are at.

I’ve watched this video twice this week while getting ready. Something about it really hits home. Even though people are seeing the end result, there is so much work behind the scenes that created their success. Like you were saying about Nas, so many people can actually relate to his life before. I’m sure a lot of people didn’t believe he would make it either but he kept going despite everything. Thanks for this video, it really gave me hope to see I’m closer to reaching my goals than I think. Also, I am learning the hard way people do like the flashy, list content type of videos to draw them in. Especially for thumbnails. But it’s worth working on so I can reach my end goal of inspiring people to be more creative. Thank you for the encouragement.

People thought it was silly and told her not to. Now 7-8 years later they are multi millionaires who run a fitness app that has tracked thousands of clients calories and exercise expenditures, and people can buy the App, follow it and literally lose weight without hardly doing anything. They do work non stop, but it's proof that change can occur. Even Joe Wicks marketing team is now competing against them!

Me and my small cousin had a similar story, a friend that currently lives in the US called me and asked about my experience about how i got a high paying job while living in venezuela. in short i busted my ass working 12h and searching good employers until i found the right one during 3 years. My cousin have been playing basket ball around the same time, he's got recruited to play in Europe now and i'm going there too. In my own eyes it too looked like an overnight success but i bet he could look at me and say the same. its matter of perspective

Let's go bro! when you're in the middle of your grind everything just seems to fuse together. 3 Years can fly by just like that, that's how my last year has felt. Well done bro, good luck in the Euro leagues. I want to see you get drafted into the NBA! Please help the Celtics if you ever go pro lmaooo

Do people really believe that success is something that you can build overnight?
Success is not something that you can stop getting. In Latin success means process, luck, outcome, approach. Success gives you prosperity. But what is prosperity? People who are built overnight usually don't last long, just think about the fact that 70% of lottery winners lose all their money and end up bankrupt. Prosperity is expressed into welfare and wealth, it does need fortune, but balance is the most important ingredient of the recipe.
If there is no harmony between all the "pillars" that build success, there is no geniun success.
And always remember that success is built over failure, enjoy the process, and trust what your mind wants and expects for and from your body.

Iman gadzhi made a super good video called the sling shot effect and it goes over the concept that Hamza talked about. People don’t see the work that goes behind the success. They only see the wins and not the losses.
