“Adds 10-15% to the bench…” and just *how* does it so that, short of functioning as a quasi- tensioned exoskeleton, artificially driving up the weight from the bottom? Seems a pure cheat to me, no different the attaching large bands to bar from top of rack, decreasing felt weight at bottom of press. It’s a hard pass for most, I’d think.
Doesn't it allow you to maintain tension through the "entire" range of motion? Meaning it helps your technique and shoulder health?
