Another thrilling year unfolded at Berthon Spain, marked by significant team additions in Spring 2023 who catalyzed positive changes and fostered a dynamic work environment. The implementation of a new job app by our head of electrical enhanced workshop efficiency, providing real-time updates on active jobs. The Guardiennage Department thrived, maintaining the fleet from 2022 and welcoming two new yachts, predominantly sailing vessels that have passed through Berthon's brokerage doors. Our storage shed brimmed with boats of various sizes, including a Maxi 72 calling it home for the winter. The service team remained busy with numerous exciting refits completed, alongside becoming registered installers for Starlink, reflecting its exponential growth.
