However, I am trying to get to know all the details of this job in terms of its permissibility according to our deen. I've asked some learned people about certain things, but I'm still waiting for their responses. As an experience dispatcher, you may have investigated these things, so I'll mention them the you. First of all, I'm not saying that the dispatcher will necessarily commit haram if he works for a carrier who works with factoring companies. However, if I as a dispatcher will be required to make the invoices for the factoring company, that is very suspicious to me. Also, maybe I'll choose the loads also based on the requirements and/or preferences of the factoring company, which is also what I asked the shuyukh. Next, providing documents like the certificate of insurance and notice of assignment. And finally, I also don't know whether working with the Quick Pay is allowed, i.e., I don't know if it's usury or not. I apologize for the long message, but I hope that you can give me some clarifications. JazakAllahu khayr.
Aslam o alikum Muhamed, Thank you for your comment and question. This is a similar situation where a banker is working for a bank just for the sake of salary not commission based out of the interest. Ulama e deen can better explain it. My opinion is to avoid these kind of factors if you can. Here is another example of people selling beer in shops in USA and they say we Dont keep the money earned from beer, we just pay taxes from that money. More going towards in depth, the truck is fully paid or its also on interest. Multi level details and concerns are sitting there. I appreciate you think of Halal earning as compared to whatever is good for the sake of making money.

In the case of a dispatcher, he may or may not be responsible for creating the invoices for the factoring companies. Next, regarding working in a store and selling alcohol or cigarettes, that job is also haram and you can check that on islamqa. And the last thing that you mentioned about the truck not fully paid or paid with interest, this is yet another issue that I need to ask about. Meaning, what if the carrier's trucks are on lease and they pay riba for them? It all is very complicated, akhi. The problem is that I haven't found anything from any da'ee or sheikh about this job, so that's why I'm asking you. That is a true struggle, the US economy is based on Credit.
