@@DiasporaExperience Thank you for the response, brother. I have passed a course on truck dispatching on Udemy and have learned a lot alhamdulillah. However, I am trying to get to know all the details of this job in terms of its permissibility according to our deen. I've asked some learned people about certain things, but I'm still waiting for their responses. As an experience dispatcher, you may have investigated these things, so I'll mention them the you. First of all, I'm not saying that the dispatcher will necessarily commit haram if he works for a carrier who works with factoring companies. However, if I as a dispatcher will be required to make the invoices for the factoring company, that is very suspicious to me. Also, maybe I'll choose the loads also based on the requirements and/or preferences of the factoring company, which is also what I asked the shuyukh. Next, providing documents like the certificate of insurance and notice of assignment. And finally, I also don't know whether working with the Quick Pay is allowed, i.e., I don't know if it's usury or not. I apologize for the long message, but I hope that you can give me some clarifications. JazakAllahu khayr.

Aslam o alikum Muhamed, Thank you for your comment and question. This is a similar situation where a banker is working for a bank just for the sake of salary not commission based out of the interest. Ulama e deen can better explain it. My opinion is to avoid these kind of factors if you can. Here is another example of people selling beer in shops in USA and they say we Dont keep the money earned from beer, we just pay taxes from that money. More going towards in depth, the truck is fully paid or its also on interest. Multi level details and concerns are sitting there. I appreciate you think of Halal earning as compared to whatever is good for the sake of making money.
@@DiasporaExperience Wa alaykumus salam wa rahmatullah, brother Khayyam. I don't think this is comparable to the job of a banker. A banker is directly involved in the usury. In the case of a dispatcher, he may or may not be responsible for creating the invoices for the factoring companies. Also, the accounting part of the dispatcher's job is only around 10% of his entire work. Next, regarding working in a store and selling alcohol or cigarettes, that job is also haram and you can check that on islamqa. And the last thing that you mentioned about the truck not fully paid or paid with interest, this is yet another issue that I need to ask about. Meaning, what if the carrier's trucks are on lease and they pay riba for them? It all is very complicated, akhi. The problem is that I haven't found anything from any da'ee or sheikh about this job, so that's why I'm asking you. I intend to ask all this on islamqa and maybe sheikh Assim Al Hakeem, so I'll keep you informed. JazakAllahu khayr.

What I have observed that truck dispatching is like uber. Where Shipper is = Passenger Broker is = Uber Company Dispatcher is = Car Owner.

Same thing happened with me, and the one who scam me was my best friend. Even today I am paying the price for that blind trust and silly mistake and that best friend enjoying his life without any fear or you may say SHARAM.

Pakistan me ese big call centers hain jo ke software houses ke roop me haram kma rahe hain , jese exact company, ibex company, ye ziada tar indoor scam calling ka bussines hi run karte hain , mere kuch janne wale in ke call centres me kaam kar chuke hain wo kehte hain ke ye fake university courses tak bechte hain , baad me jab unko pata chlata hai ke ye scams hain to wo phone pe bheek tak mangte hain ke unki fees wapas miljae magar ye call center wale froud karne se baaz nahi ate , mahool bnane ke lie young girls ko lazmi jobs dete hain take young , energetic boys bhagne ka na sochen , or girls ko open minded dress pehene ka kha jata hai , badle me salary me kuch favour dete hain , jiski waja se din raat larke ye kaam karte hain , haram , halal ki kamai ki tameez hi nahi hai inke owners ko , ibex se mujhe bhi bohot offers ayi thin or ek trend chal gya tha , har second din inke office ke bahar boys , girls ka rush hota tha , baad me FIA , walo ne kafi raid ki to scam call centers chup gaye hain

I get calls almost every 2 werks from Pakistan that we are calling from bell Canada and we are giving you 30% or 40% off your bills. Then they want my email. So I called bell and ask them about it. They said this is just a fraud. Jub hakim chor hai or sub chore hain. Jun hakim bekari hai to sub bekari hain. Agar Hakim izat wala hai to sub izar wale hain. Yeh such hai. 100% na Sahi laikin majority to hote hain.
