Dude. I just noticed in the clip in the beginning before Donnie benches. His spotter behind him is snorting an ammonia ampule to prepare to SPOT him! Wtfff
Thank you RUclips commenters for the quick catch. This is why we re-edited and re-uploaded the video. Donnie Thompson IS NOT Dave Hoff. They are not the same person. However, Finkle is Einhorn. And Einhorn is Finkle.
"I'm going to buy a bunch of tempering stuff," and Donnie T immediately says to go to the scrap yard first and figure out what you need first. Epitome of a stand up guy, looking for someone's best interest, rather than selling. Awesome to see
Pitbull token is getting listed on whitebit in under a week. Its gonna 10x. Get in before its too late. The more people but, the more everyone makes!!!!!
He really is a stand up dude. A shame the hell he went through with the Sorinex guys and all the law suits of copyright infringement. But the worst part about all of that was they were supposed to be his friends.
This is like that part of the hero's journey where the dude goes to find different mentors to unlock the secret potential within himself, in this case, Juji's 700lb deadlift

I know. I’m trying to get over depression and anxiety from recent family trauma and Juji and Sam have really helped lighten my days. I had to wait for my husband to get home to watch and it is just fun and relaxing. Love it.

Just wanted to stop by and say you're the reason I started a home gym. Basic crappy squat rack, basic crappy plates, basically a rusted piece of steel for a barbell, but man it feels good.
Not sure if it qualifies but my wife was a collegiate gymnast and stays in shape. She has good balance and knows how to distribute her weight well, so I often have her walk on my back after a hard back day while I lay on a gymnastics mat. Gives the back a good bit of correction while also giving the chest a good stretch.
I actually did this quite a bit while rehabbing my leg after my first hip surgery. It DID NOT feel good at first, but getting that deep massage helped a lot with recovering all those muscles that hadn't gotten much usage while I could hardly walk.
loving that the people you bring on your channel really know their stuff, completely new perspective on recovery and training since i started watching this channel
Man I'm loving how competent you guys are with anatomy and muscle groups, and at the same time showing very helpful illustrations onscreen to visualise it.
Donnie is the man. He's as real as the come, and would give you the shirt off his back. The best powerlifting meet I've ever experienced was the outdoor meet he's referring to with that stage his monolift is sitting on. That was 50% powerlifting meet, and 50% party.. never experienced anything like it.
I felt that we he said maybe they don't have a friend.. but juji's always made me feel normal and not so awkward .so keep being u and I love ur enegrry !! U need more Reign!!
Love seeing this collab. Donnie knows his shit and is always enthusiastic about athletes doing well. Hell, he DM's one of my training partners pretty much every time he uploads a squat PR to congratulate him and tell him where he needs to work for his next one.
Gotta say, the entertainment value has always been there, but lately I feel I am also being educated a lot more than in quite some time- and that is much appreciated!
I first came across Donnie when I learned about forge hdf through athlean x. I was talking to forge and they told me to follow Donnie to keep learning. I've since learned about Pso-rite accumobility and Kabuki. All of them push the body tempering/IASTM. I would love to have their toys and my own gym so I can work myself and others over. Body tempering goes SO far and makes such a huge difference.
I watch more of your Videos now than I have ever watched before. Keep up the awesome content, Definitely having Sam on the camera and the difference in editing etc is easily noticeable. You guys are awesome !

We need like a roller machine, similar to something you would put clothes through to wring the the water out of them, but shaped for a human.
