Comuna 13 in Medellín Colombia is a truly remarkable place. It went from being the murder capital of the world to a tourist destination. The community has transformed this area through art. This was not an easy task. Many hardships, tons of violence, missing people and government corruption took place before becoming a mecca for art and hip hop.
