It took me around 3 years from the time I stopped finasteride. I did a heavy carnivior diet, took lithium, lifted weights when I could, and got plenty of sleep. But my remedy might not work for everyone.

HDAC inhibitor, Gaba effects, helping epigenetic changes happen, mood stabilization... etc. It has helped a lot of people but usually as one of many things (supplements, androgens, fasting, water fasting, strength training, strict diets). Everyone is different unfortunately and it is hard to replicate a recovery. New baselines, and getting near cured or cured, is in a person's hands. Pharma and research won't help in time.

There is actually a decent argument to be made for very small doses of lithium orotate in pfs
