Miss Mattie, I watched your video because I KNOW you're a good cook and I wanted to see how my potato salad measure up to yours. You gave me a couple of good tips like putting vinegar in the water and adding bell pepper. I do a couple of things differently. Like while the potatoes are hot, I stir in half a block of softened cream cheese. It makes it really rich and creamy. Then depending on whether people want it or not, I add crumbled up bacon bits. I'm going to try making it exactly your way because it looks fantastic. Can I just add something? We're about the same age and you are gorgeous. I'm blonde and I wish that my skin was as flawless as yours. I have the eye crinkles and laugh lines :D Thanks for another great recipe.
