In this video, you will see raw MMA training for their previous fights. Anthony Anderson fought on the NFC 4/20 series fight card and Amor Valentine had a fight scheduled on the 4th of May which was canceled due to multiple unforeseen circumstances. In this training, you will see a bit of padwork, MMA wrestling drills, footwork, bag work, and shadowboxing. I'm hoping to make a new training series with more cinematic quality later on but for now, these are the raw unfiltered training videos that I hope you'll enjoy.
