    I always thought that salty = savory . Sweet Salty Sour Bitter and Umami (no ?)

      I think he used the word "savory" instead of umami. Savory is just mean a deep powerful and complex Taste... But yes, savory is everytime a salty dish 😅

    SAVORY AND UMAMI IS THE SAME THING!!
    MOST OF THE TONGUE IS FOR UMAMI/SAVORY!!
