@@familyguy1996iscool means its not hitting equal and or at the same time. if ya watch the video and really lok at the sub youll see, 1 its not hitting at the same time all the otehrs are and 2 its not hitting as hard meaning not as much flexing. its very common with builds like this. not saying th ebuilder did anything bad just a little more time testand tuning would he would of caught it if he was watching over the entire system while testing and tuning.
@@familyguy1996iscool hes running 3 subs per amp, one of the amps is out of tune. that or the 1 sub is having an issue that hes not caught yet. u can see theres no logo on the dust cap so either its a recone of a different brand or the dust cap was replaced.
@@timothyanderson1132 ty lol, once my ocd kicks in my eyes focus on every little thing. it dont help that for some odd reason jacobs recording this thime around is really bad. usually he does a great job capturing everything, this video its like hes wired of coffee or somehting lol. tbh i just watched the video again in slow mo .025 and watched the subs hit again shows ya how bad the bottom right sub is out, almost every every subwoofer is out of phase. the the bottom right one isnt hitting as hard so makes it easier to spot. 100% all 3 amps are not tuned correctly meaning all 3 are dont mathc on the settings. its quite hard to match 2 maps let alone 3 amps. nothing bad on the builders and just not a system thats gonna be tuned in a few hrs. typically testing and tuning takes a couple days, usually take me a week of testing and tuning as i test different power levels and tunes to find what i like then i dial into that.
After watching this video and being in the middle of sound deadening my vehicle makes me wonder if bed lining the whole vehicle helps very much in that aspect of the build. One ba build overall
When all subs SHARE box space at this quantity, it’s really hard to PHASE match the amps, just talk to me about this, I blew 3 crossfire 16Ks with an O Scope that creates a ground loop, I was trying to match the sin waves, didn’t workout to well, gain matching is easy, phase matching is a whole other thing
taramps dont come with a phase matching adjustment dial, there for its out of the equasion. your crossfire 16Ks how ever do which add more of a mess to figure out. o scopes yes are one of the best tools to tune an amp how ever youre not gonna beat the dd-1, instantly when an amp is out of tune you know it.
Well now this one has become one of my top favorite's now...Pure SPL I love it!
bottom right sub is out of phase. other then that solid
What does that mean
