Yes, her memory issues are Nick-centered, but she also knows that the others are keeping something from her and that makes it harder for her to trust them.
When she was at the hospital, she said "I don't know what you and your friends did to me" which is why she wouldn't go to Rosalee, because she thinks that they did this on purpose or at least they are the reason this is happening even if they didn't mean to. Now that she's figured out how to deal with the 'ghost Nicks' things will go differently.
She already told Rosalee about seeing the memory flashes remember? Rosalee went back to the house with her. She wasn't able to help so Juliet has gone to the spiritual lady who knows things. The first time Juliet met that character she told Juliet that she could sense she was missing something, had lost something, so there was a reason for going to her. I always loved this episode, them showing Renard a book, & of course this is the 2nd time we've encountered something that isn't a Wesen but something unknown!
Part of the reason Juliet's not going to Rosalee is that she's blaming them all for what's happening (because she doesn't understand what's going on), which is understandable I think; question is, how are you liking this subplot now? I think I remember your eye rolling a bit at it, but it seems to have grown on you. As for Adalind, well she was a HexenBiest & didn't have the healthiest of relationships with her mother (as you noted), did you spot the significance of the test? Her baby is a blue-blood (ie royalty) 😲
Adelind is certainly having some interesting developments to her storyline now. It'll be interesting to see what happens with her, with the baby, and wherever her story goes from here.
When I watched Grimm the first time around, I really liked when Nick finally found out about Renard because then he and Hank could go to Renard and say, "This is a Wesen crime", which of course made things a lot easier.

You should consider getting OBS and some Voice Mods so when you want to sounds like someone with a deep voice or echoing or whatever you can do it on the fly with a hotkey.
