I have both brush and paddle broom for my Stihl khombi. The paddle works great for getting stone out of the grass. The brush tends to tear out grass. My experience.
Thanks Rick for the video. Great info. I'm trying to figure out which is the best for snow and leaves. What do you think? Really don't want to buy both.
@@2681smiley we tried them in different positions. It was easier to move on the concrete. You can turn them either direction if you want less space between them.
Hey Rick, seems like some stabilizing wheels on the broom and brush would make it easier to use for men and women. But the price is way to expensive on either one. Hell, it's just an attachment. I love my Milwaukee gear but I'm not paying over 300 dollars for a stupid attachment. Great video, though 😊
Yes. But the gear box actually has a different part number so I’m not sure if the rpm is different or if anything at all is different with the actual attachment. I think they’re identical.
I have the broom. I don’t want to spend another $ 300 for the paddles kit. Can you tell us if you can put the paddle part on the broom power head? The replacement paddle part is only $75.

I wanna see the broom attatchment on snow, ive only seen people using the rubber one for snow and it leaves alot of frost behind
Which one would work best cleaning out a grain bin?

Hi, I would go with the broom. Let us know how it works this winter.

Can you pull the pins and interchange the brooms and brushes on the hex shaft? Meaning one head with option for either.

You have the rubber broom paddles on backwards. Put the outer flaps on the inside then it covers the center part gap.
Actually?

Have you found an answer to this?
@@danshaw604 On video's I've seen of the mechanisms, they look the same. Hard to tell for sure though.
You got broom and bristle mixed up
You calling them wrong you have the names backwards
Sorry thought you met the gap in between. Brush is the paddle one. Broom looks like broom bristles. I call things the wrong thing all the time.
Bristle Brush Attachment looks like a broom. The other is called rubber brush.
