    Great review. Love the slow motion section. We'll purchase the echo paddle pro because of the easy and quick use to remove rocks from grass after the winter season. 😀

    Thanks for the excellent video. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm leaning towards the paddle. I want to throw rock in the grass from the street plow but I also need an implement to really clean light snow off the pavement. Was thinking the sweeper may do a better job of getting the pavement snow free, but your video seems to show a clean pavement with the paddle too. I have customers who need to be on clean pavement.

    Thanks for the review and comparison. I have an area in my yard that wasn’t maintained by the last owner. It’s clovers, some old sticks, and a bit of weeds. If I were to mow it down and try and throw the sticks into piles which might work better?

    Which one seemed to be the better choice for when snow was the task? I am not sure I could tell. For what I do, I think that the broom is the best choice for what I will do in the good weather. What works best on snow might modify my choice. My summer use won't as a rule include the big stuff like gravel, and would be more like sweeping grass and dirt, but I also have a backpack blower for grass.

    Hey, Michigan resident here :)
    I personally Really Like both the Pro Paddle and the Pro Sweep attachment.
    The ECHO PAS series is one I have admired for a while now, (A long while) but I have yet to make the investment,.. I suppose I'm just waiting for the right time.
    Currently this comment is being made in January of 2024, in the Pre-Season of Michigan Winter Snow, so there's no better time to admire the ECHO PAS power series and it's attachments. :=

    Several years ago I got the pro paddle and I absolutely loved it for getting so many stones off my lawn and back into my driveway. I only used it during the spring when I had to do that. After 2 or 3 years it started to leak oil from the paddle. Had a hard time finding somebody that would work on it but finally found somebody that did and he couldn't figure out how to get into it put more oil grease or whatever into it so he called the company. He said that there was no way to do it or at least the company said that. The jury rigged it and got some more grease in there or oil or whatever it was. They said they didn't know how long it would last and just now after another year and a half I'm not going to be able to use it again. Is there a way now to get more in there if it leaks again if I buy another of this brand? Thank you

    Which would work best (if either) for leaves on 1" gravel, if you haven't actually tried it, what would your best guess be? And really great videos.

    • @MarkThomasBuilder
      @MarkThomasBuilder 2 года назад

      If you're trying to clear just the leaves, I'd go with a backpack blower. If you want to remove both, I say the paddle would be better suited for moving the heavier gravel.

    These are great fair comparisons in video for us to judge their sweeping abilities.
    I like the results of the paddle sweeping over the broom sweeping. These are such cool sweepers. Is is battery powered? I imagine so. How much time is there on the battery generally. Thank you for these well thought out and great comparative cool videos.

    Looks like the sweeper is better for smaller stuff and/or uneven hard surfaces. Seems to get more up. The Paddle seems like it would be better for rocks/gravel/acorns on grass - could probably feather it to easily distribute topsoil, etc..
    I live in SE Michigan. Leaning toward the Paddle since I would mostly use to move A LOT of acorns in the backyard and also looks like it would be great for light snow.
