I'm British and let's be real; Whilst we might put up a fight we'd get absolutely steam rolled lol. I don't care how patriotic you are, one united kingdom vs a combined 27 countries and their combined resources is just an unwinnable scenario. Maybe if you made the video 'The EU vs the Commonwealth', that would be a lot more interesting and more balanced.

Not for the first time, the narrator in these videos mentions 'Royal Army Soldiers' when speaking about the land force element of the UK's armed services. There is no such thing and hasn't been for over 350 years. It's called the British Army for a reason - because it fought against the Crown during the English Civil War.
Yes there are such things as the Royal Navy (the senior service) and the Royal Air Force. But not a Royal Army. Even the Guards Regiments that protect the Queen's official residences are formed from the British Army.
Well, there is a Royal Air Force because the Air Force was under the navy command before becoming independent as far as I remember

Troops were traditionally pulled to together by the local lord by giving a peasant a pike, the Navy was expensive and took time to build so it was done centrally under the crown

That would be off the table pretty quick, as your own government would have to fight on 2 fronts, internal front of army mutiny due to more educated and younger people having sympathy towards the EU and fighting and external force. British forces would be overwhelmed by Irish guerilla tactics, as it would take out many senior officers and general staff that Britain would not be able to defend against it if this scenario was played out. Thus you're government would be removed and a new government who is pro EU would inact martial law and detaine pro brexit members.

it is theoretical but It's not really a military comparison having the best weapons and lots of Bodies doesn't guarantee you any victory in today's battle plans and extrapolating actions in a given scenario are fraught with hazards. what the video is telling you is that in the end what you least expect to happen may well be what does happen

Winning would Require the UK to create an Invasion Force themselves.
Which is unlikely going to be Successful.
Even France or Germany alone would likely not lose a War against the UK.

The EU together however would be able to actually get an Invasion of the UK on the Road.

I am absolutely not sure that the USA for example would be able to Invade the UK.

Though you really want to think that in a war the French would use nukes on the UK? A government that would use nukes so close to themselves is not a government that you want in control. Not only would it be a quicker case of mutually assured destruction given the small distance but when the Atlantic winds blow from the west like they often do, who is going to get the majority if the fallout?
I think the effects from going nuclear would be felt more by France and Europe than by Great Britain 🇬🇧

It's telling that every time there is a middle east vs middle east country scenario all the comments from those in the respective countries are wishing for peace and cooperation. Tbh there's a few things to consider about the scenario.
1. The video is about the EU conquering the UK. Such a decision would have been made before a war even started. Troops would most likely have been mobilized before the war even started. Given that scenario, if the UK decides to go for Ireland first, splitting up their troops like that, and it was impossible for the EU to properly assist Ireland cause of a blockade or something like that, the EU should just instantly go for mainland britain. Since the UK would need some time to conquer ireland, the EU would already inflict heavy damage on the mainland, possibly resulting in britain having to withdraw the troops out of ireland because they're needed on the mainland. In that case, attacking the mainland is the best the EU could do for Ireland, hoping that britain will withdraw their troops.

The Brits are exceptionally good at doing wars. I'm not sure the EU wants to ride that train. I've trained alongside British paratroopers and marines amongst others. They are soldiers of the highest calibre. The uk armed forces are small, perfectly formed and frighteningly effective. I have nothing but respect and would back them against an eu force 10x their size. Their small numbers are actually their strength. They are a precision scalpel. The US are nothing but a sledgehammer. I really dont know what you could call the EU

No question the British have a great and elite military, but most the EU countries have amazing and very elite military. Take for example Denmark. They have a small army, but some of the best troops in the world. Combined with other elite EU military I don't see Britain having much of a chance in the long run.

I don't understand how people are getting competitive about this. The UK and the rest of the EU are good friends, regardless of Brexit, and thus the British army's positioning in an instant war would be terribly unprepared and distributed poorly. Not to mention any country, if put against the entire EU, would loose. Binkov's simulations such as Pakistan vs India at least simulate accurate military positions. Nationalists smh.
The UK can fortify itself against the rest of the EU if the doctrine required it, but like you said, since EU is UK's allies, there's no need for that. The current UK's doctrine is a legacy of the Cold War era, which is to quickly mobilize and support NATO forces in continental Europe in an event of the Soviet attack, as well as monitoring and hunting down Soviet subs in the Norwegian Sea. If UK's military doctrine is about defending against the EU, it would have invested a lot in procuring long-range air defense systems and coastal defenses.
