- So for the 6 people if that who are actually going to watch this video, I recently did an exhaust modification on my Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport 2.0. Honestly comment if you think that I should produce like actual decent content pertaining to cars.
Cheers!
Giulia is one of my favorite cars!

Is the car still alive ???
@@johnwick3493 Yes 😂
Did you finally buy an exhaust ?
Hey man first of all amazing sound goddamn haha. I'm completely new to cars and I just got myself a Giulia 2.0 last month, I'm planning on getting a muffler delete but I didn't know it was illegal until now. But I saw that you did a muffler delete and welded some pipes in it's place, is that considered legal where you live? Planning on doing the same if putting on some pipes makes it legal haha
Hi Luke, so obviously I do not know what State or Country you live in, personally I live in Georgia and in so far as I'm aware, I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble for an exhaust mod. On the Giulia, it makes the sound more spirited but not preposterously loud by any means so I seriously doubt anyone would ever even question what you'd done to the car. Of course, I would advocate checking your local laws and ordinances but it should be fine. I would be happy to send you a link to the shop I had mine done.
I made a video addressing these questions and showing the sound from the exterior. Cheers! ruclips.net/video/Glph2PXzknM/видео.html

Beautiful vehicle! Are you experiencing any drone during low rpm or highway driving?
Good question! So I kept the resonator (not sure how much difference this actually makes) but at low RPMs once the engine is warm, it’s honestly not any louder than stock.
Is there any drone at all? Freeway?

How many miles now? Thinking of getting a Stelvio with 60k on it for $18K. Very hesitant but have heard good things. Any input would help. Oh and it comes with a bumper to bumper 4 year warranty

do u still have this car? and would recommend others to buy this car in term of reliability and mpg
Hello! Yes I would defintely reccomend it, in Comfort mode it easily gets over 30 MPG on the highway. I made a video addressing all the questions in the comments here. ruclips.net/video/Glph2PXzknM/видео.html

is there any drone sound at any speed?
Honestly no, there might be some if you downshift and drove at a slightly higher RPM but like on the highway at a low RPM, the sound is indistinguishable from stock.

Where did you buy your muffle delete from? I want this exact one 😩
You don't buy a muffler delete...you go to a shop and they cuttoff the muffler that's all
Lmao
I got mine done on my alpha at advanced muffler I did a resonator and muffler delete she’s a beauty 😜
Not something you need to buy per se. Any reputable exhaust shop will be able to do it. They just cut the muffler off and weld pipes in its place. I forget how much they charged but I want to say $300-400, it was at Eurofed Buckhead in Atlanta. 👍

When you fully accelerate do you hear a loud wind noise in the back?
Yes, that’s induction noise.
Hey brother I plan on getting this car but in the 2020 model same exact trim, Any update on the car and has it been reliable?
Yes, I would highly recommend it. Like with anything that’s not a Toyota I would obviously recommend you make sure you have a factory or after market warranty but I would say the same about any BMW or Mercedes too where a repair is potentially very expensive.
did you get the car?
@@inBluEDC I ended up getting a 2022 Subaru BRZ
@HyperrOG they are around the same price so I'm curious why you went with the brz
WOW OMG ALFA ROMEO GIULIA 👍🔥🔝
Thank you!

What did you do bro to it bro? I want the exact sound.
Hello, I live in Atlanta and took the car to a place called Eurofed Automotive, their address is 3002 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA 30305 and their phone is (470) 298-3456. I do not have any association with them apart from being a happy customer for some time now. Basically they sawed off the muffler and welded a pipe connecting the exhaust pipes where the muffler had previously been. I know some shops actually fabricate/bend the pipes in house, Eurofed just ordered a pre-made pipe which took maybe 2-3 days to arrive then I brought the car to them and it took a couple of hours. It cost about $400 to do, I don't remember the exact price off the top of my head.

Did you also delete the resonator?
No.
Just muffler delete?
Yes, nothing else. Also kept the resonator, just got rid of the muffler.
Its stock?
How reliable are these?
I had no issues of any consequence - there is another video on my channel where I discuss that if you're curious! Thank you for the question.
200 or 280cv?
280

It’s only muffler delete or downpipe?
Sounds very nice, bro. I wanna Giulia😍
Only a muffler delete.
Thank you! I don’t mean to sound like a jerk but please consider a like/sub. I’m planning on giving a lot more Giulia content and really appreciate everyone who’s taking the time to watch.

It sounds like you have a non standard intake as well as a muffler delete, because you definitely don't get that turbo breathing sound stock.
Actually the intake it completely stock! I was really pleasantly surprised by how good the intake sound is!
Is it expensive to maintain?
No it isn't. I have the 2.0 Super and you can handle it easily
So I would say overall no. I bought the car as a certified pre-owned, it was about a year old when I got it, single owner, and had 19,000 miles. Coincidentally it was due for the 20K miles service almost immediately after I bought it, which was a basic oil/filter change and cost like $80 with synthetic oil. A year later (a few months ago) it was due for the 3 year/30K mile service which was more extensive and involved replacing gaskets, all the spark plugs, belts, and a few other things and that service was $1,200 which while more than I might have wanted, given it's an Italian car and very few techs that can work on them, I was fine with this as it won't need this sort of major service for a very long time. Otherwise, the car has been 100% reliable, I have never had an issue with it. I knew I was taking a risk by buying an Alfa (I'm usually more conservative and tend to buy cars with reputations for reliability, also own a Lexus NX, previously had a Lexus RX, Mercedes GLA, etc), but it's been well worth it! I agree with @fedegta
@@ZRosserMcIntosh thanks man
@@fedegta thx
@@ZRosserMcIntosh i was looking at the manual for 2019 giulia and it says that the spark plug service isn't recommended until year 6. car might have been driven hard by the previous owner if it needed all of that stuff by year 3.
So gay. Put a sports exhaust on it and gain power rather then lose it lmao
Thank you for your kind words and suggestion.
Then it broke down.
Lol that may be the case with Alfa’s of old but these new ones are actually quite reliable and have very good warranties too.
Today Alfa Romeo Giulia is in third place in terms of stability and reliability. P.S: Mercedes and BMW today share 25th, 26th place in the world ranking

Consumer power and many other auto rating site say no. It's doesn't even place on the list of 30 brands. Toyota, Honda Lexus, Nissan Subaru are the most reliable cars. On top of that it is underpowered and the inside is not very good quality unless you get the 6 cylinder T.T for 80k. I was looking at the T.T before I bought a Jag instead
@@ZRosserMcIntoshwhat year is it?
They’re reliable , so quit shit talking cause you can’t afford one
Sell it lol
