Water- 1/4 Cup

Besan Flour - 1 Cup
Maida- 3 tbs
Rice flour - 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida powder- 1/4 tsp
SOda bicarbonate- 1/4 tsp
Water- 1 1/2 Cup
Coconut oil( for frying)
