  • Banana Flower Bhaji/Recipe
    Ingredients:
    ● Banana Flower - 1
    ● Oil - 4 TSP
    ● Mustard Seeds - 1 TSP
    ● Chana Dal - 2 TSP
    ● Red Chillies - 2
    ● Curry Leaves - 1 TSP
    ● Hing - ¼ TSP
    ● Onion - 1
    ● Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
    ● Turmeric Powder - ½ TSP
    ● Home Made Masala Powder - 1 TSP
    ● Salt - 1 TSP
    Method :
    ● Take a banana flower remove up layer petals and flowers and chop it small piece & soak into water for 5 to 10 minutes.
    ● Take a pan add Oil. Once a oil heated up add mustard seeds and Chana dal,Curry leaves,Red chillies and add Hing and fry well.
    ● Then add chopped onion saute it well. Then add banana flower piece mix well and add salt, turmeric powder mix it well and close the lid for 2-3 Minutes.
    ● Open the lid saute well. Now Add Home Made Masala powder mix well.
    ● Now in Low Flame add Grated coconut fry well.
    ● Now banana bhaji ready to serve.
    How To Mae Home Made Masala powder:
    Ingredients:
    ● Coriander Seeds - 3 TSP
    ● Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 2 TSP
    ● Mustard Seeds - 1 TSP
    ● Methi - ½ TSP
    Dry Roast all of above Ingredients, fry well and add it to Mixer jar Make a fine Masala Powder.
