- If you haven't heard of an Archipelago Randomizer before, we're basically able to send eachother randomized rewards for tasks in different worlds. We're not playing multiplayer on the same save file!

The goal is to push to floor 120 of the mines, which relies on a couple of specific rewards, such as elevator floors and pickaxe upgrades!
And if you're worried about 1.6 spoilers, we're actually playing on 1.5, since the update for 1.6 wasn't out yet!

At least Wolnir is easy. I'd imagine you would have to beat Slave Knight Gael in order to unlock a barn.
The traveling cart metal detector adds an item to the traveling cart that can be donated to the museum. It also has a preference for items that have not yet been donated

I play Archipelago a ton. Stardew has been something Ive been eyeing to play on it, despite having never played vanilla (just watching videos), and love to get to see experienced people to get into AP. Thanks for posting this, hope to see more.
For anyone not quite familiar with Archipelago, those auto-petters work on NPCs too. You stick it in their building (hope it's not a spot they walk), and it automatically builds friendship with everyone who lives there. Helps with friendship checks. I've mostly seen it used when the doors are randomized as well, but it's nice to watch a round where the doors are in their correct locations too. lol
Something about that feels very unsettling but if everyone's consenting then it's fine.
Hey, I don't make the mechanics, I just know them. But seeing how it _increases_ the friendship, than yes, I would also say everyone involved is okay with it. ;)
I was afraid to check out the streams because I'm a console player avoiding 1.6 content. Thanks for uploading the edited run. It looked really fun!

AP really is a fun time, sadly the games the other peeps in my group play just don't go well with Stardew, so I've never really managed to do much of this game in it.
Watching this archipelago has made me want to see if I can do a multiworld archipelago with myself (no friends who’d want to do a randomizer with me). I just have to figure out what my second game will be, maybe even third. It’ll eat so much time but right now free hobbies are kinda massively useful sooooo

Played this with my friend no joke. I unlocked thier green house, buss repair, and both of thier backpack before i unlocked anything useful for my self. It was kinda fristrating in a fun way.

You don't, those are called asyncs!
@@salmence100 I'm sorry, I have a bit of the stupid today... Are asyncs where you *are not* playing at the same time? The name seems to imply so -> asynchronous. Do I have that right?
That is correct. Asychs are usually done with large groups, where people will pop on to do some stuff in their game when they can then pop out.
I prefer to do synchs (everybody plays at the same time) with small groups myself, but it's personal preference really.

It's random, we have a mix of our own unlocks and unlocks for the other person
Can you make a guide to show how to set-up a multi-world of Stardew?
I have to ask. Does this work with only 2 players or could you have a 4 or even 8 player farm and do this with everyone
I think there's a limit at some point, but it's so high that it's irrelevant. Right now there's a game going with a couple hundred people
