you don't really have to to do all things so quick, Stardew Valley is a game that you have to play relaxed, enjoy it and don't have to rush through everything! I did these things in like 3 years or even more.

I recently got back into stardew and I'm on year 3 (which is crazy since I've never even gotten to year 2 until now) and caught all the legendary fish when ive never gotten higher than level 3 in fishing before. I also got to ginger island for the first time and fully befriended everyone , i feel so fulfilled
@Leapalot I just finished the video a few days later, I feel the need to point out that after I had the Ghost Grandpa dream the dawn of year 3, I woke up in a completely black void, similar to your summit cutscene with Maru, except I could only see my sprite and nothing else. I was so worried, especially since I couldn't find the front door but closing and reopening the save helped release me from purgatory lol
As a new timer, I learned a LOT of tips and tricks but also I have to remind myself not to feel behind or try and speed run so I can just enjoy the game haha. Year 1 goals for me is just to take my time learning things not try to cram everything. After a couple in-game years, I’ll do another play through where I try some new goals that I didn’t hit. Thanks for the great video! This was super entertaining and informative :)
Dang, you're right. First play through, decided to watch some videos for tips. Found this one. And I've been debating on restarting. Still on my first year but I could be so much more efficient
I fell asleep, woke up to this being an hour and a half into playing, got invested into it and restarted it and watched the entire thing in one sitting. Honestly, I became so invested and even seeing the repetitive collections of the fruit and jellies still kept me interested. Awesome video and I was even a little sad when you hit day 225. Ive never seen such master stardew gameplay and it made me a bit jealous at first that i didnt play like this, but not speedrunning and taking my time makes this game all the more worthwhile looking back on it. This was a great watch!

1:19:55 it wasn't luck, the game doesn't double the chance of something dropping, it rolls the drop twice so guaranteed drops like stuff in slimes are going to give you 2 no matter what. It's also why you always get 2 prismatic jelly when you have the burglar ring on.
I was about to say that all went too well also as all the forages nearby to get more than 30 plus community center day 5 not raining and fish bubbles enough to get you to level 8 I was like holy I tried to do the same but in need that money from Caroline in the first week lol. Oh yeah, forgot that you got coffee beans in the mines too 😂 damn dude the only things you didn’t get was the a good hammer. I also caught a ton of catfish in the first week and couldn’t get to 8 until 2 days later 😂
Your Junimos are not lazy. At least, from what I could see, the pumpkins left in the fields were either outside of their range or giant, which they do not harvest. Anyway, love your videos! This one in particular was very inspirational :)

Therese 100/200 days in Stardew valley videos inspired me to make my own challenge farm! It's a lot of fun to see the difference in what I did and someone els did in the same time, I strongly recommend it to seasoned Stardew players! c-: I am currently on fall year two and not at all as close to perfection as Leapalot during the same time. I am close with my cooking and crafting recipes and friendship but I don't have any of the obelisks. I am not nearly as productive at making money as Leap. I am however also playing "hard mode" on the beach farm so most of my farming is on Ginger island and in the greenhouse ^^

Like i love perfection runs and stuff but im usually not the kind to be able to sit still and focus on a thing for too long (yay ADHD) but this managed to keep my attention for over 2h and im honestly so impressed, thank you so much for the hard work! and congrats on perfectionç

I started playing this game 5 days ago for the first time completely blind and then RUclips recommended this to me. Good Lord, why have I not played this game sooner? It's so in depth and I'm just at the start. There's so much to do and so little time in the days. Right now, trying to figure out how to optimize the daily schedule. This gives me some expectation on what to look forward to.
I really loved this video. It reminds me of my playstyle, though compared to you it looks like I'm doing a casual playthrough. I was able to achieve perfection on Summer 10 in year 3, and I thought that was an accomplishment lol. My girlfriend also loves Stardew Valley and she laughed when you moved your bed right next to the door because I always do that. Despite being over two hours the pacing of the video was masterful and your cuts and narration were funny and absolutely perfect. Not one boring section in the run. Getting the Legend on day 8 just floored me.. I've never focused fishing like that and it's making me rethink my strategies. One tiny improvement I saw was on day 6 when you visit the wizard. Your energy was pretty low when you went in, and you skipped the cutscene. If you watch it, you get +50 energy. I believe there are other cutscenes you get energy from as well. Looks like I need to absorb some of these new strategies and play through again!
Even tho the video is old by now and you might not read it anymore, i enjoyed it very much. I really like your voice, its so calming. And I so much felt that pain when you went down the ladder instead of the hole in the caverns. Its like this meme "It was at this moment that he knew... He fooked up.". The last moments of your gameplay remind me of mine, i don't know why but it makes me feel kinda emotional. Yesterday, i finally reached 100% perfection after hours of gameplay, and today's my last day of playing stardew before having to spend the rest of my holiday studying (college entrance exam prep). So.. on his birthday, Fall 5, i took Elliott to the movies, gave him a pomegranate, and filled my kegs with ancient fruits for one last time. Stardew Valley is the best game I've ever played, the one game that accompanied me during my highs and lows, so saying goodbye feels so bittersweet. But, all good things must come to an end, so it's time for me to move forward!
I really can't explain it but whenever I need to wind down or focus, this video just calms my nerves and can get me hooked on it so quickly. I love this video and will continue to watch it over and over.

I've decided to do true perfection run on all farm types. I've done standard and am finishing the forest farm. I think I'm going to do the four corners next following your guide so thanks for this timely video. On console so haven't got the update yet but will try the meadow hopefully after completing the four corners. Really appreciate it that you do the vanilla run without exploit that I can't emulate on switch.

Idk why it never occured to me to just buy resources from Robin/Clint. recently got into Year 4 on the farm I strive for perfection and decided to turn the quarry into a jelly empire hehe. managed to unlock Qis Walnut room too! I feel proud of myself. I loved the aesthetic of the upper side road from your farm to robins, it worked out well! and the bus stop looks cozy yet simple. :) you gave those little places so much character by adding decorations - love it! I know those kind of videos take a lot of time to record/edit - thank you so much for your efforts! I enjoyed watching it sm.

Started playing Xbox stardew valley and got hooked again. I got an ancient seed from a fishing treasure chest like day 7 and then the following day got another one from killing things in the mines

My greatest achievement in this game was catching every single fish year one, before the big update, which added a bunch of zone exclusive fish. That's my next goal. This videos progression is interesting as hell, very nice!

My basic plan was: Fish to build up initially cash reserves. Go hard on sprinklers to get lots of crops down. Then go hard on jars and kegs to get the most money out of them. Once I had access to the skull cavern I did dives for iridium to smelt into bars and sell instead of fishing. I could make quite a bit more money just selling bars in one day at that point. Then it was just expanding those things over and over!

My girlfriend also loves Stardew Valley and she laughed when you moved your bed right next to the door because I always do that. Despite being over two hours the pacing of the video was masterful and your cuts and narration were funny and absolutely perfect. Not one boring section in the run. Getting the Legend on day 8 just floored me.. I've never focused fishing like that and it's making me rethink my strategies. One tiny improvement I saw was on day 6 when you visit the wizard. Your energy was pretty low when you went in, and you skipped the cutscene. If you watch it, you get +50 energy. I believe there are other cutscenes you get energy from as well. Looks like I need to absorb some of these new strategies and play through again!

The last moments of your gameplay remind me of mine, i don't know why but it makes me feel kinda emotional. Yesterday, i finally reached 100% perfection after hours of gameplay, and today's my last day of playing stardew before having to spend the rest of my holiday studying (college entrance exam prep). So.. on his birthday, Fall 5, i took Elliott to the movies, gave him a pomegranate, and filled my kegs with ancient fruits for one last time. Stardew Valley is the best game I've ever played, the one game that accompanied me during my highs and lows, so saying goodbye feels so bittersweet. But, all good things must come to an end, so it's time for me to move forward!

I've decided to do true perfection run on all farm types. I've done standard and am finishing the forest farm. I think I'm going to do the four corners next following your guide so thanks for this timely video. On console so haven't got the update yet but will try the meadow hopefully after completing the four corners. Really appreciate it that you do the vanilla run without exploit that I can't emulate on switch.

Idk why it never occured to me to just buy resources from Robin/Clint. recently got into Year 4 on the farm I strive for perfection and decided to turn the quarry into a jelly empire hehe. managed to unlock Qis Walnut room too! I feel proud of myself.
I loved the aesthetic of the upper side road from your farm to robins, it worked out well! and the bus stop looks cozy yet simple. :) you gave those little places so much character by adding decorations - love it!

Started playing Xbox stardew valley and got hooked again. I got an ancient seed from a fishing treasure chest like day 7 and then the following day got another one from killing things in the mines

My greatest achievement in this game was catching every single fish year one, before the big update, which added a bunch of zone exclusive fish. That's my next goal. This videos progression is interesting as hell, very nice!

My basic plan was:
Fish to build up initially cash reserves.
Go hard on sprinklers to get lots of crops down. Then go hard on jars and kegs to get the most money out of them.
Once I had access to the skull cavern I did dives for iridium to smelt into bars and sell instead of fishing. I could make quite a bit more money just selling bars in one day at that point. Then it was just expanding those things over and over!
