Another great one with Jason Statham is called The Italian Job. He’s part of an ensemble rather than the lead, but it’s such a fun-filled entertaining ride.
The entire fight sequence in the bus yard is amazing. His climbing around fighting in the bus is as close to Jackie Chan as any stunt man ever got in my opinion
I went through a phase once where I'd watch movies with director commentaries on because it was interesting hearing behind the scenes facts about shooting movies, and the fight scene at the end where he dumps the "oil" on himself has an interesting story behind it. Someone on set realized that dumping real oil on Statham would either not look correct on film or maybe it was a health issue, but for some reason they weren't able to use oil, so they instead substituted it with maple syrup. So Statham literally poured a massive trough of syrup all over himself, and then had to act like people couldn't get a grip on him while being covered with a tremendously sticky substance. It makes the whole scene more incredible to watch with that fact in mind.
I hope y'all are going to watch the rest of The Transporter trilogy. Also, check out Crank (2006), Chaos (2005), War (2007), The Mechanic (2011) and The Italian Job (2003).💜
Now you got to check out District B13. The guy that did the stunts for Jason Stratham in this film is the star of that film. These 2 are the 2 best action films of the 2000s.
Now that I think about it, it was very wild I used to have Transporter 1 2 & 3 on DVD that I would watch on repeat growing up. I thought Jason Statham was a bigger deal in the Hollywood scene. Ended up watching Crank and that was a whole experience
Shu Qi, the female lead, didn't speak english when filming this movie. She delivered all of her lines phonetically. She was in another film I am fond of called 'So Close.' It's not the greatest film but there are a couple of ladies kicking but with some endearing moments.
The oil fight scene is NY favorite part of this movie. The second one is pretty good too. The refueled versions, don't compare. Jason Statham was perfect for this role.
18:31 Okay! That's a rocket launcher that's over-compensating for something! Even the rockets have little shark faces on them!? The bad guy in this movie is hilariously creepy and by trying to tie up loose ends he just brings more attention to it. 🤣
Yesssssss thank you for listening to us well me lol for this request Jason Statham is so good in this what legends you two are to watch this I'm buzzing to see Ur reaction here we go
Honestly? I had never heard of Jason Statham before I saw Transporter. After I did, I was like, "Have the 1980s come back?!?". (and HAD to see the entire Trilogy as they came out!) So good!
madeleine are a French sponge cake that are made in the shape of shells...they have a slight taste of orange because fresh orange is inserted into them. u can get chocolate chip ones as well.
The Transporter trilogy movies were the first I was introduced to Jason Statham and was blown away by the action and his style of fighting. You two should watch Transporter 2 an 3 because I guarantee you'll see more fighting moves you've never seen before! Did you know the main bad guy Matt Schultze who played Wall Street is the actor who played Vince in "The Fast and the Furious? He also played Chupa in Blade 2! Another franchise I think you two would love is the "Death Race" series! But if you do watch them start with Death Race 2(2010), Death Race 3:Inferno(2013), then Death Race(2008), and finally Death Race 4:Beyond Anarchy(2018) because 2 and 3 are prequels and fit the story better.
This movie was so underrated when it came out still up there in the great action movies and also the sound track when they’re swimming together after the house blew. This is Luc Besson at its best like work of art The 5th Element
My dad has had a huge man crush on Jason Statham since he saw the Transporter. He's 75 and will still drop everything to see anything starring Statham. The Mechanic with Statham as the lead is a fun watch too.
A great movie. I like the old-school action. Yes, there are some FX. But many chases and stunts were done for real and not just with CGI. And Statham is really good in this one. Perfect for his martial arts skills. Quite a career for the former member of the British National Swimming squad as a diver. Then modelling. And then the movie business. His debut in Guy Ritchies "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" is also worth a watch (so is Snatch).
Octokrool brothers, these are to add to your legacy on RUclips: (1.) "Blacula".........2.) "Cooley High"........3.) "A Thin Line Between Love and Hate", starring Martin Lawrence). Everyone will enjoy watching you two react to THESE movies!.......Good reaction!
You guy are gonna love transporter 2 and 3, Jason statham truly is a master at his craft and the transporter trilogy stands on its own because of the fact. Another Jason statham movie double bill I recommend you watching is the Crank movies, mayhem that just builds mayhem. Loved your reactions to this, can’t wait to see your reaction to transporter 2.
Transporter 2 and 3 are awesome, I think better than 1…can’t wait for you guys to react to them. The Mechanic is also good…so many films with Jason as the lead
Yall would love Death Race! There are prequels and sequels to that series, but that was the first film made, and the only one with Statham. (the film itself is a remake of Death Race 2000, starring David Carradine, and also has an early-in-his-career Stallone)
I first watched Jason Statham in "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" and then "Snatch". The next time I saw him was in this movie and his action movie prowess just came out of nowhere to me!
You guys should react to Crank and Crank 2. I know you woukd both enjoy those movies, a little different from other movies but very entertaining. I have only seen 1 channel react to Crank and there were way too many cuts to be that enjoyable.
You liked this movie, you absolutely have to react to Crank 1&2. Insane movie. I remember seeing them in theaters and instantly downloaded the ring tone to my phone and used it for years. If you know, you know 😂. Also, he was in a great movie with Jet Li called The One. You should watch that one, too great fight scene in that one.
When you're done with The Transporter series you must watch Collateral, his Transporter character makes a cameo. Plus it's a badass movie. Added note: The guy who first attacked him when he landed between the two trains is a villain in Jet Li's Kiss of the Dragon. He's one awesome martial artist.
Hard to go wrong with a Luc Besson, with his action movies, great action, beautiful cinematography, funny and silly, unapologetically bad villains, can make a actor actor/actress, or a model, to be a great action hero and always fun and entertaining (and with deeper meaning if you want too)... read the other sugestions from him... great films (specially like his Joan of Arc's, if you read the originals sources, he did a great job, probably the closer to "true", hard to really know, almost all 2st hand and her legal process)... great for more serious on, The big blue... and he writes great ones, my favorite The Crimson Rivers, great detective story. He also wrote Taken a lot more... i dont know how he can do such films with so low budget, even with the bigger ones... and Curtis he is also a simple guy, look his actress :)) joking not joking :)
My favorite out of the franchise I think is transporter two Jason is just amazing when it comes to action is just so damn cool as ridiculous as some stuff in these movies might be still gets a 10/10 from me 👏🏾👏🏾 definitely should watch more of his leading role wrath of man is very good
Pleasantly surprised by this video. This along side a number of other good action films was a movie I grew up with, watching it a number of times at home since my family bought it on DVD. Lots of fun.
Great reaction guys now y'all need too watch, transporter 2&3. I loved these movies when they first came out,I'm with you guys as far as bad guys ,you got to be able to backup all the talking, another thing I can't stand is when the girl just stands there and screaming the whole time the guy is fighting I'm glad she was actually helpfull. Another movie he's lead in is crank that movie is wild,y'all would love that one.
The movie was awesome, humor, brutal action, fast paced. However they went waaaay over the top with the number of smuggled people in the container. A standard container is 8' wide, 8'6" tall, and either 20' or 40' long. So a total 1400 cubic feet, or 2800 cubic feet. With even a hundred people in ONE large container that would give each person less than 28 cubic feet of space. Max! Assuming very slender and tiny chinese people at roughly 5'6" tall, 1'8" wide, and 1' deep, you'd still get roughly 9 cubic feet per person. At only one hundred people. And they'd be stacked like cord wood. No space to lie down, or take a pee, or shit, or have stored food or water. For a journey of multiple weeks from China to Europe by ship. Let's just say, opening that container would release the gooified remains of those people, if they had been forced into that container the whole time. But that's where you have to ignore logic for the sake of the story. Why they exaggerated the numbers so unnecessarily is beyond me, however. Thirty people would have been far more believable and reasonable. But, meh, who cares, ey? 😂
Oh, hells yeah~! This was one of my fav' action movies from back in the day. Even bought it on UMD for use on my Playstation Portable. Which I still have actually, and came in handy during long night shifts at work. Everything from the action, to the acting, writing, music, and pacing made for a great and entertaining experience, and glad to see ya'll agree. Until the next one, take care and have a good one~! P.S. Also, when ya'll can, I still do HIGHLY recommend "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003)", "Broken Arrow (1996)", "Assassins (1995)", and "Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins (1985)" for ya'll to react to. Believe me, you won't be disappointed. 😉👍
First one will always have nostalgic massage vibes for me for the quaint scenes in his house and the scenery and Madelines best Madelines can be found at the French restaurant here in the states called La Madeleine it's fancy nice atmosphere restaurant and it's good prices I eat the chicken pesto pasta and order Madeleines to take home they taste so easy fluffy lemon hints just food
They took her out of Statham's trunk, and saw that the tape over her mouth had been cut, and therefore tampered with; that's why the nod from the henchman before another deal is struck to transport the case carrying the bomb.
He also stars in Crank as the lead role... it's a really crazy movie!!
I second this request. Crank is insane fun. The guys HAVE to check it out.
Good request but got tbh do you really think RUclips will allow it I mean the baddest bits are the best bits lol
It's a really stupid movie that deserves to be forgotten.
Crank and the sequel are really fun popcorn movies.
Crazy is an understatement 😂
This was such a terrific, action-packed, entertaining movie. Jason Statham is fabulous.
When you realize the movies and shows you saw on TV and theaters when they first came out are over 20 years old now, you start realizing you're old!
Relatable 😂
same!
Ouch! 😅
Another great one with Jason Statham is called The Italian Job. He’s part of an ensemble rather than the lead, but it’s such a fun-filled entertaining ride.
I love the fight scenes in The Transporter. Pure art! The films signature Hong-Kong style fight scenes are coreographed by Corey Yuen.
And the action is always so clean. Not once you are confused about whats going on.
I saw this movie ONCE when I was a kid and the oil/bike fight lived rent free in my head as one of the coolest fight scenes
The entire fight sequence in the bus yard is amazing. His climbing around fighting in the bus is as close to Jackie Chan as any stunt man ever got in my opinion
I hope you guys react to the original trilogy! These movies are so much fun
That last one and the series were a let down
I went through a phase once where I'd watch movies with director commentaries on because it was interesting hearing behind the scenes facts about shooting movies, and the fight scene at the end where he dumps the "oil" on himself has an interesting story behind it. Someone on set realized that dumping real oil on Statham would either not look correct on film or maybe it was a health issue, but for some reason they weren't able to use oil, so they instead substituted it with maple syrup. It makes the whole scene more incredible to watch with that fact in mind.
Im glad you pass through your stupid directores comentary phase
All 3 transporter movies are awesome glad to see you guys getting into them 😎👌
Jason is such an awesome actor. He plays in some wild roles
I haven't seen this movie in so long! I'm so glad you guys watched this, I hope you watch the rest.
Hope you guys eventually watch him in Crank & The Mechanic. Both have 2 in the series & are both good!
Quote of the video: But he has less hair, so he's even eviler 😂
Shu Qi, the female lead, didn't speak english when filming this movie. She delivered all of her lines phonetically. She was in another film I am fond of called 'So Close.' It's not the greatest film but there are a couple of ladies kicking but with some endearing moments.
She was up for the lead in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, but her manager booked her for a Pepsi commercial instead and the part went to Zhang Ziyi.
“I want more cars to die” … “he’s like one with the bus” … “he has less hair so he’s eviler” … good reaction guys
Given that absurd action comedy seems to be y'all's thing, you might love Crank.
The oil fight scene is NY favorite part of this movie. The second one is pretty good too. The refueled versions, don't compare. Jason Statham was perfect for this role.
You guys should watch "Death Race", another movie with Statham as the lead!
THE BANK JOB (2008) & SPY (unrated 2015). Are 2 really great Jason movies
This movie is just so much fun! The action is very Jackie Chan and I love it! This was my introduction to Jason Statham and it turned me into a fan.
18:31 Okay! That's a rocket launcher that's over-compensating for something! Even the rockets have little shark faces on them!?
The bad guy in this movie is hilariously creepy and by trying to tie up loose ends he just brings more attention to it. 🤣

FINALLY one of my favorites, great series. Awesome reaction once again fellas
"CRANK" is another cool Statham movie!

That's the *BMW 740i* . Pierce Brosman drove the *BMW 750Li* in TOMORROW NEVER DIES. Michael Douglas drove the *BMW 740Li* in THE GAME. 😂
L stand for LONG or lang in German.

Aside from Guy Ritchie's films, the Transporter and WAR are my favorite Jason Statham movies.
The Transporter 3 is my favorite.
Did you know that Jason Statam was a diving champion?!
Jason Statham's movies are live action GTA movies and you can't change my mind.
Ngl wasn't expecting this but I'm all for it! Great films!
I love that this movie has some of the crazy Hong Kong action in it! So over the top and so good!
Y'all HAVE to watch Crank and Crank 2. Awesome movies!!

The Asian chick is Shu Qui
Irl Statham is a bad ass too

After Transporter 2 & 3, should check out Crank 1 & 2
I found it quite funny when he said, "I don't feel like a swim". In case you did not know, the actor was an Olympic swimmer.
Homefront is another good one. Stars him and James Franco
You guys should react to Crank and Crank 2. I know you woukd both enjoy those movies, a little different from other movies but very entertaining.
I have only seen 1 channel react to Crank and there were way too many cuts to be that enjoyable.
He’s like a cross between Jason Bourne and John wick
Check out Homefront, Jason is the lead on that movie and was awesome!!
You liked this movie, you absolutely have to react to Crank 1&2. Insane movie. I remember seeing them in theaters and instantly downloaded the ring tone to my phone and used it for years. Crank, the mechanic, death race
The Transporter, The Italian Job, Fast & Furious- not sure when it started but Statham and cars are match made in heaven 😂
Need to watch transporter 2 great movie also
Homefront is another good one with Statham
One of my fav soundtracks ever great movie ❤ plz more 🙏
I think you guys would like the Italian job
Check out Crank and Crank 2: High Voltage. Very fun movies with Jason Statham.
This movie introduced us to Jason Statham and he left us with quite an impression on how much ass he can kick
You guys should do all 3 of them super amazing action.
Pleasantly surprised by this video. This along side a number of other good action films was a movie I grew up with, watching it a number of times at home since my family bought it on DVD. Lots of fun.

This movie was amazing love the video octokrool stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
Shu Qi is ridiculously cute in this movie.
One of my first childhood crushes
So painfully early 2000s in the music department, but Corey Yuen did his thing with the fight choreography and young Statham is great.
You guys Transporter 2 is the best of the 3! Can't wait watch it!!!!!
So happy reactors are finally reacting to the transporter!! Please react to the 2nd and 3rd ones and also Crank. Please please
The moment i fell in love watching Jason Statham movies😂😂😂 12:34
So many good Stath films, Safe is another one.
The movie was awesome, humor, brutal action, fast paced.

The Bank Job is a good Statham film
You guys need to react to the movie “crank” with Jason in it! It’s underrated and really good! Great reaction and movie!
Met Jason not long after he filmed this..he was very excited about it and working with Luc Besson..(we had a lock-in drinking till the wee hours)
The trilogy is very good. You guys will enjoy the Crank movies as well.
14:00 all I can say is RIP Nate Dogg. This man was the one singing the song for the scene.
@darktitan6308 yeah I tasted those ..way better in restaurant
You guys should definitely watch death race (2008). its freaking awesome and jason statham is in it and is badass
Anyone here know that Jason Statham was a professional top-level diver? I just found out, the videos of him doing it (with hair!) are really cool.
They took her out of Statham's trunk, and saw that the tape over her mouth had been cut, and therefore tampered with; that's why the nod from the henchman before another deal is struck to transport the case carrying the bomb.
They say the transporter shows up in collateral with tom cruise.
