I just tried my first McDonald’s bagel. It was good! They got around the slicing-direction controversy by slicing it both horizontally _and_ vertically. Anyway buying a bagel from a fast-food place reminded me of the Kevin Pollak bit that starts at 2:37
I'm trying to find Kevin Polak's bit where he tormented alan arkin on phone with impressions. I remember watching it on Just For Laughs on Comedy. Any help?
First few episodes of Star Trek reviews came in claiming Shatner’s acting was “wooden” He went the other direction of wooden Shatner is awesome and I loved him as Kirk. It ran in syndication for all of 1970s and 1980s before cable. When a city was lucky to have four or five channels. Yet we had no problem giving Shatner and crew a full hour Monday through Friday on popular networks. So this comedian acting like Kirk is a stroke victim and had no right being in the roll is just silly. If you think this is Kirk, then you missed all of Season on where he’s fantastic. He’s a damn fine actor.
Kevin has never done a Shatner impression. It's a James T. Kirk impression. And he nails it.
He did . There’s a 1990 video of him impersonating bill shatner
@@knownpleasures You completely missed the point of that comment.
"Nails it" is a generous description. It's a very hyperbolized impression done for comedic effect.
💯
KEVIN NAILS SHATNER. SUCH A GIFTED IMPRESSIONIST AND COMEDIAN
0:46 - "Here on NINE ... one one" - perfect Shatner delivery.
I would love to see him do Capt. KIrk, not as Shattner, but as Christopher Walken. "Well ya know...Captain's Log: Stardate....Whatever!"
The facial expression at 1:23 is just pure gold.
He does Shatner like Billy Crystal does Ali...
Fxxkin brilliant 💯

He was my favorite actor too
HILARIOUS
That's not Arj Barker at the end..
I love Shatner!
He kind of looks like Phil Collins a little bit
Yes very much
the arm...
There is only one ever James Tyberius Kirk 💯
Kevin, thick, Applewood smoked bacon isn't the end of the world, neither is a baked ham. Relax and live a little.
True
Nothing like ham, bacon and sausage on a bagel.
Cheese bacon and toasted with coffee
He looks a lot like Gary Sinise to me.
He looks like the kinda guy who would hijack a truck full of gun parts
Well, he lives in Queens. You put that together yourself, Einstein?

It's a story told by Michael Keaton, who is a big fan of Alan Arkin. One of his friends found out and had Kevin Pollak prank call him as Alan Arkin.
I seem to recall KP telling this story on a talk show. Can’t remember which though.
some dummie will comment saying " I never knew he did stand-up ! "
He did? No way. I never knew he did stand up.
I'm one of the dummies. I didn't know until last night. I love stand up. How did I not know this.... LOL

Wow, those pants. What’s with all the extra material?
...What, No Lox?
Another Jewish comedian.
What are the chances?
😂😂😂😂
Is this supposed to be funny?
You sound like a miserable person.
It was at the time (unless you're deaf to the audience's reaction). Comedy ages. Cope
