Within SAJB, I always associate this song with Eva, starting with her 2011 rendition. But I was surprised to find out that there's actually 4 different videos of Andrea singing it also. This was a popular tune with those two! This version is actually a reprise of the 2013 version that Eva and Scott Hamilton did, for the outdoor concert at Plaza Real, except there she played alto sax. I was impressed by two things here, first how her singing style has grown more sophisticated over the last eight years, and also by how much better her English pronunciation has gotten. A real pleasure to listen to, as always!

The depth of talent from PRO SCOTT, down to some of the younger, shorter kids in this group over time is amazing.....vocalists are breathy in that great subtle jazz sense and the horn players, both soloists and in the band have the idea of good jazz....add a solid rhythm section and everything pops....love it.....

Would love to hear Eva do more with her low vocal range. Shades of the legendary Julie London from the 1950's. Not many women singers have that lower register. A precious gift.

Eva creo que es la mejor voz que ha salido de la "factoría Chamorro", opinión personal. Andrea Motis, Rita Payés y Alba Armengou son extraordinarias cantantes, con un dominio del escenario brutal, pero como voz pura a Eva quizá solo le puede hacer sombra Joana Casanova. Es la mejor cantante española de Soul y Blues de siempre, nuestra Anita Baker particular. Lo tiene todo: voz, estilo, gusto, sentimiento, profundidad, expresión corporal ... Podía, debía, haber hecho una muy exitosa carrera internacional y estar ya convertida en una estrella mundial, pero ...
Me alegra mucho verla de nuevo cantando Jazz, con Chamorro y sus compis de la banda, Andrea a la trompeta, más el eterno Scott Hamilton (el chaval más viejo de la Sant Andreu, como me gusta llamarle). Porque esta canción esta escrita en ingles y a Eva le gusta cantarla en el idioma original. Eva canta muchas canciones en castellano. También puede cantar en catalán, que es su idioma o en francés ... gracias por el comentario.
