    I can't explain how much I adore you gloria. I went from a clueless 12 almost 13 year old girl struggling with anorexia to a healthy 14 almost 15 year old girl healthily working out and eating and without you and many other youtubers, I wouldn't be where i am now. I love you sosoososoifj much

      I agree those are hardddd but they’re helpful for the obliques and side abs so a lot of ab routines tend to have them

    Day 1, 23 may: Done✅ It was pretty hard to do and hurt while doing it but my stomach felt really relaxed after i finished.
    Day 2, 24 may: Done✅ It was easier than yesterday.

    (Could not do 28,29,30 bec i didnt have time)

      @@taylorchetwyndyou need to do cardio, weight training, and go on calorie deficit. You will get ur results in months if your consistent with ur workouts and also depending on what you are starting at(body fat percentage)

    ill do this everyday until i reach my goal! (btw i do 2 sets)
    🍀day 1: completed! i can definitely feel the burn after the first day!
    🍀day 2: completed! there’s more definition in my abs so I’m excited to keep doing this workout
    🍀day 3: completed! still defined!
    measurements: waist- 27 in
    hips- 31.5 in
    🍀day 4: completed! still definition but more on the upper abs
    🍀day 5: completed! Ive also decided to do cardio today and it helped define as well!
    🍀day 6: completed! I also did 2 miles today and i think doing at least some cardio will help with the results
    🍀day 7: completed! i learned the dance to next level instead of cardio so 😁👍👍
    1 week update: This helped a lot with defining my upper abs but I will continue this for at least one more week to see if my lower abs can get the same results. Everyone’s different, but for me I hold more fat towards my lower belly so doing cardio is lowkey needed to lose the fat and define the muscle there. Also I wasn’t on a diet or anything but drank more water.
    🍀day 8: completed! again this workout helps A LOT‼️ with defining my upper abs so there is more definition there than my lower abs rn
    🍀day 9: completed! right now my upper abs are showing and THEY ARE REALLY DEFINED LIKE U CAN SEE MY UPPER ABS!! as for my lower stomach, its getting slimmer each day!
    🍀day 10: completed! upper abs are really showing through! again my lower stomach is still getting slimmer and I have lost -.5 inch on my waist and hips.
    measurements: waist- 26.5 in
    hips- 31 in
    🍀day 11: completed! it looks like i have 11 abs but only on the upper portion loll but again my lower belly is still getting slimmer!
    🍀day 12: completed! still the same!
    🍀day 13: completed! upper abs are getting stronger and lower belly is getting slimmer!
    🍀day 14: completed!
    2 week update: this workout helped tone and strengthen my upper abs a lot like it kind of looks like I have 11 abs on the upper part! this also helped slim down my lower belly a lot since I hold more fat in that area! you guys should definitely do this workout it works!! I would also recommend doing stomach vacuums and cardio along with this workout. I’ll be doing this for at least one more week but I’ll only do weekly updates instead of daily updates! I’ll let you guys know how it goes but try this for yourself because gloria’s workouts are really good!

      Same... I've tried so many youtubers workouts but they are so exhausting and I didn't see results like so hard to see them.... But with her exercises! They r short, hard to do but makes you strong and don't create any bulky muscles, and oh my result are amazing 💜 I just love her workouts
      She deserves more attention and looks like she really do research what is effective 💜💜💜

    - Week 1 -
    Day 1: ✅️ I feel like I mayy be doing this wrong because I don't feel too much of a burn but I'll stick to it and see!!! [03/08/2023]
    Day 2: ✅️ OW OW OW!!! That hurts so much to do and I am a hot mess but I did it! [04/08/2023]
    Day 3: ❌️ I'm on a short vacation and can't do it right now!! But I walked a lot today, so hopefully that counts? [05/08/2023]
    Day 4: ❌️ Again, I'm pretty sorry I can't be updating this for all of you but I'll be continuing in a couple of days!! [06/08/2023]
    Day 5: ❌️ Vacations ending soon, lets go!! I also walked a TON today (my legs... they hurt) [07/08/2023]
    Day 6: ❌️ Tomorrow is the last day of my vacation, I know I should have started this AFTER my vacation because consistency is everything but I forgot... [08/08/2023]
    Day 7: ❌️ Vacation over!!! I will be continuing this workout tomorrow! [09/08/2023]
    Week 1 Overview: Nothing has really changed but that's completely MY fault. I'm going to continue doing this and I will probably see changes once I do this daily!
    - Week 2 -
    Day 8: ✅️ THIS BURNED SO BAD!!! I'm glad I am continuing this even after not doing it for so long, even when I REALLY didn't want to today. So proud!! ❤ [10/08/2023]
    Day 9: ✅️ It is SO late right now, it's almost midnight and I wasn't going to do it since I was really busy today but documenting this online is really holding me accountable and making sure I do it! [11/08/202
    Day 10: ✅️ I don't think I did this correctly AT ALL, I didn't feel a burn, I was crying through the workout and all that. Today was just a really bad day and I didn't feel as energized as I usually do after the workout. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow 😅 [12/08/2023]
    Day 11: ❌️ I forgot to do it.. [13/08/2023]
    Day 12: ✅️ Hooray!!! I feel terrible for not doing it yesterday but all I can do is get back up and continue! [14/08/2023]
    Day 13: ✅️ Done!! Those scissor kicks up are soso painful but I managed. Two weks left until school and I think I'm seeing some results, my stomach looks a little flatter and my waist is slightlyy more cinched!!! [15/08/2023]
    Day 14: ✅️ Done!! My stomach is feeling stiffer which I think means the fat is lessening? Hopefully it is 😂. [16/08/2023]
    Week 2 Overview: I remained fairly consistent this week (woohoo!! 🎉) and it has paid off, I can notice a slightly more cinched waist and a fairly flatter stomach. Can't wait to see through the month and marvel aat my results. 😊
    - Week 3 -
    Day 15: ✅️ Done!!! I'm so proud of myself for being able to do a workout this long, I usually give up after 2 to 3 days. The results are slightly changing which are making me want to keep going!! [17/08/2023]
    Day 16: ✅️ WOOHOO!!! I am feeling sooo energized after this and am super refreshed!! [18/08/2023]
    Day 17: ❌️ Couldn't do it because I was out hiking all day but I walked for hours on end so that must count. [19/08/2023]
    Day 18: ✅️ Done!!! I really enjoyed it today and honestly this workout doesn't feel likee a chore like many others, like I ENJOY doing it!! [20/08/2023]
    Day 19: ✅️ Done!!! That was super fun ans my body feels a lot less stiff. My stomach also looks flatter compared to the pics I took before I started. [21/08/2023]
    Day 20: ✅️ Done!!! Honestly, these crunches ain't doing anything for me, they don't make me feel any burn!!! 😭 [22/08/2023]
    Day 21: ❌️ I can't do it the next couple of days due to something that has come up, hopefully I will be able to continue shortly as I really enjoyed this workout. Since this is causing me to be inconsistent, I will be redoing the days that I missed for the most accurate (well.. as accurate as I can get them) results!! See you all soon. [23/08/2023]
    Week 3 Overview: Nothing has really changed compared to week 2 but I'm staying optimistic!!!

    Day 26: ✅️ I am back and ready to keep working out!!! Again, something had come up so I was unable to do this workout but I WILL be doing the days I missed later. [28/08/2023]
    Day 27: ✅️ I've found out that doing this excersice actually significantly reduces my bloating throughout the day. On the days I wasn't able to do the workout, my stomach was a lot more bloated; but yesterday I found that it had barely changed in size since the morning!!! [29/08/2023]
    Day 28: ✅️ OMG SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW!!!! 😭 Therefore, this will be my last day logging my results and I just want to thank all of you who have cheered me on during this journey, it really helped a ton ❤❤ I'm looking in the mirror and the difference is insane, ny stomach looks flatter and my waist is a bit more cinched!!! [30/08/2023]
    Week 4 Overview: I just checked my measurements and...
    Waist: 27 inches
    Hips: 32 inches
    OMG!!! 🎉🎉 I lost an inch off my waist and 1.5 of my hips!! It even looks different from the picture I took when I started, my stomach is SO MUCH less bloated throughout the day and I feel a lot better. I'm so happy with my results and will keep going for even better ❤ Thank you all soso much!! (And one last question, would you all like for me to track the redo's of the days I missed on here?)

    hey guys! so i just did this workout without a diet 2 times a day for 30 days and i already have toned abs now, flat stomach, dream summer bod, and insane hour glass build!!

      @@cailyn-n8z so i did miss some day (the days i was sick) so i would say i missed 2/30 days. and yes i am still doing this workout and still toned and i lost my tummy pouch!! would 100% recommend doing this for 60 days rather than 30 if u want to keep the bod up but if your looking to keep the toned bod for 2-3 months i would do the 30 days straight!

    I just love that this workout is easy and it burns a lot. others people's workouts I have been trying for the past weeks have made me sad, because they're so difficult and I felt disappointed with myself :( but this one always makes my belly hurt satisfyingly and it doesn't makes me want to drop

    Hey everyone! I got my dream body and have gotten lots of positive comments and been so much happier after working out and committing, home workouts work if you’re dedicated! I did this specific workout for 20 days non stop and after the 20 day mark was done I started on Gloria’s booty workout for another 20 days and simultaneously her lower abs workout! I’m still doing these three routines every day and haven’t starved my self or restricted eating I have been eating the most I have ever eaten in my life after suffering with anorexia and in the best shape I’ve ever been! You got this and stay motivated!

    I was doing this workout for 2 weeks. I definitely saw big changes and lost lots of stomach fat. I was so happy and confident with my body then I stopped doing this workout. I gain back some stomach fat and now I'm not very happy from what I did. Now this is my first day doing this workout again and hopefully I could see some good results!

    I did this workout for just over 2 weeks-
    Day 1- It felt as if my stomach was on fire
    Day 2- It was alot easier and I could see time results
    Day 3- I struggled with the scissor kicks going up but results really stood out
    Day 4- My stomach was definitely not bloating as much and I lost .5kg
    Day 5- I really was doing well and I felt confident
    Day 6- I skipped because it was my break day
    Day 7- I had eaten more than usual so gained back weight

      hey, you cant gain by eating more than usual for one day. remember to gain weight you have to be consistent, the same as to loose weight you have to be consistent

    guys I want everyone to know that PLS SET A REMINDER EVERY DAY AND JUST DO IT even if ur in bed or doing hw just do it’s 7 mins I’ve been doing it almost a week now and when I tell u it’s the first time I’ve ever seen a difference I mean it like I feel sm better and my waist looks visibly slimmer. I’ve tried so many but I’ve never been properly consistent and now I am it’s works so well! Thank u Gloria for this amazing workout and best of look lemme know how eveyone does 💓💓💓

    I just wanna say that her workouts are amazing literally 10/10 BUT in order to build muscke for your abs and burn fat at stomach area, do remember to keep you core engage which means DO THE WORKOUTS SLOWLY UNTIL YOU FEEL YOUR MUSCLE ARE WORKING WHEN YOU DO THE WORKOUTS AND ALSO THE CORRECT POSITION WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR BACK LYING ON THE MAT. Do keep in mind eat healthy, if you are aiming to lose fat, be in a calorie deficit just by cutting a few hundreds from your usual daily calorie intake. When you work out you need to eat more food to keep you full and build those defined muscle if you eat less there is no point since those muscle are just going to be flatten and sore the next day.       @@suri9659 this is where experimenting foods that you like and keeps you healthy is key! You can find all sorts of ways in your diet that suits you for example balance protein, carbs and fat or high protein low carb, keto and many more. Find the one that you can really stick to and alter your food consumption from there. Some say that, eating high protein will get you full but others may prefer high volume/amount of food with low calorie to maintain a calorie intake.

    My first time checking in through the comments like this but I feel motivated… here it goes!
    Day 1: done🔥
    Day 2: done squeezing the abs..
    Day 3: done sweating more than the first day
    Day 4: thought about it but felt slumpy~
    Day 5: done and noticed the abs muscle got thicker underneath my fat
    Day 6: done and it feels like I can cook eggs on my belly
    (Several days went by between day 6 and 7)
    Day 7: I did one in the morning and one in the evening (my upper belly fat is starting to melt + thank you for encouragement..I’m gonna continue tomorrow)
    (I’ve been doing this for a whole 7 days now and forgot to write it down😭)
    Day 14: my upper waist is slowly pinching inside :) results are showing.

    Starting today! For 20 days!!
    Day 1: ✅: owe my back neck burns so much it feels like I’ve been punched really hard! But that’s good bc it is a burn 🔥
    Day 2: ✅ I’ve done day 2! I bought a yoga mat today so it was easier! When I woke up I got a huge bad stretching feeling in my stomach it was tight and burnt 🔥
    Day 3: ✅ Ok todays was the hardest yet😭 1st I have a show tonight and I had school after the break 😣 I still did the full routine 😝! My belly was pinching more than anything tho! 🤠
    Day: 4: ✅ I was super tired today after my show 😴 but still did this exercise! And I do see a change my waist got smaller and see faint 11
    Btw I ate pizza 🍕 and stuff and still works! 😧
    Day 5: ✅ Today was so harddd!😢😢 I had 2 shows I had to dance all day and was exhausted 😖! Luckily tomorrow is my last 2 shows then I’m done ✔️ 🥰 I DIDNT do everything but still did it!b ☺️

    I've been doing this one with two other combined About 2 tweeks. My belly feels tightened. To get better results ::
    ✅ Be consistent.
    ✅dont skip meals. No starving. Otherwise it will give you bloating
    ✅ drinks some water about 5-10 minutes ago
    ✅start with stretch / warmup
    ✅ if you are doing this in the morning *. Drink water. Have something like 1/2 slice of bread/biscuit or any fruits. So your stomach is not completely empty. It also gives energy.
    ✅ for night : do this after at least 2 hour of your dinner. Start with walking 5-10 minutes then warmup then exercise.
    ✅take breakes. Have a rest day. Don't overwork.
    ✅sleep well.
    ✅maintain good posture and be positive
    ✅if it gets too hard stop. Start again.
    ✅cardio can be quite exhausting. Work on your breathing by doing yoga/pilates/holding stretches.
    ✅listen to music to boost your energy.
    ✅✅ last and most important. Do it for yourself. Not to Please anyone. You are enough. Do it to be a Stronger version of You.

    Doing this workout everyday for 2 weeks! 👍 Day 1✅: I felt the burn which I liked. The scissor kicks were KILLING me!

    Goal:
    waist- 24 inch

    day 1 - ✅- Very difficult, felt lots of burn.
    day 2 - ✅- A lot more bearable. I'm starting to enjoy it!
    PS: I will do it thrice a week and alternate it with HIIT workouts. I did HIIT a few days ago which was very exhausting so I couldn't work out for a while 🥲

    Dont bring your body forward like you’re going to your legs, try to bring your body up like you’re going to the ceiling. You will feel it SO MUCH MORE!!

      @@aris.s1s in most cases these kinds of workouts don’t necessarily make you lose fat because spot reducing is not possible. the workout may tone your muscles if you are consistent, which is probably the case for the person above.

    I love this workout, I was doing chloe ting workouts for the past year and they haven't worked, they occasionally gsve me a slight tone but only if I do 3 or 4 of them daily. This workout felt debilitating while doing it but now I feel great, I can't wait to keep doing it!

    Day one ✅(12/11/23): this litterally left me out of breath, and I definitely felt the burn. I love that she talks to you it’s make it more engaging!❤
    Day two ✅ (12/12/23): I was sore today so that definitely made it harder.😅But other than that it was the same as yesterday! Good luck to everyone else doing this workout!❤
    Day three ✅ (12/13/23): this day was the hardest day yet 😢. I had volleyball tryouts yesterday so it made me extra sore, but other than that I’m not seeing much a difference yet! I usually get bored of a workout by now, but this workout is very engaging and her being encouraging throughout really helps!
    Day Four✅ (12/14/23): I’m definitely seeing a difference as I can already tell that my waist is smaller. Can’t wait to keep doing this exercise!
    Day five❌: I was extremely busy today and did not have time.
    Day six✅ (12/16/23): definitely getting easier, and I’m already seeing difference in my body.

      @@kylamiller5299 so i kinda skipped yesterday and today because i was really busy but its fine, i do see a slight change and i can tell my waist is progressively getting smaller. i dont know if this has anything to do with the workout but my thighs are getting slimmer and a thigh gap is forming. im also listening to subliminals overnight so that helps too

    idk if people are still finding this workout because it’s been almost a year but definitely try this. i had results literally the next morning. (Obviously it wasn’t too drastic) but my stomach was flatter and it was a little slimmer. now imagine how your stomach would look if you did this workout on a Daily basis 👀

    Doing this workout until December I’ll keep y’all update!
    Day 1:it was really burning at this point I had to take a few breaks but felt good
    Day 2:it was burning still I even couldn’t breathe at some exercises but I loved the burn
    Day 3:i did it 2 times today since it got easier also I see that my stomach got a little flatter and I went from 54.5kg to 54.0kg today when I did it yesterday it didn’t burn as much as it did yesterday and I also took some short breaks (I’ll do some more waist exercises today)!
    Day 4:Rest day (got a bad cramp in my leg and couldn’t do it also school and shops)
    Day 5:I’ll try to do the workout even tho I have to go to some disco at 5pm😔😢
    Also I can see my stomach getting a little flatter and throughout the day it looks less bloated also I went from 54.0kg to 53.8kg!
    Day 6:it got harder tbh the scissor kicks and crunches are still hard for me and I still took a little breaks except this time it was less (I’m probably gonna do some more of waist exercises!)
    Update on my weight!I lost 1kg today I woke up with 52.5kg and my rib cage is starting to stick out a bit
    Day 7:it got easier and I took 1-2 quick breaks in between the workout!
    Week 1 completed!!
    Day 8:still having trouble with the scissor kicks and crunches but overall it got easier
    Day 10:(sorry I forgot to update) so I lost 0.5 inches off of my waist and I can kinda see my muscles more and I took 1 break at the scissor kicks!Also I am doing another waist exercise so the results may be a little bit quicker!
    Okay so I forgot to update but I definitely see some results my waist slimmed down for almost an inch

    Day 13 I think:it got pretty much easier but I still had breaks since I took a few break days
    Week 3 completed!
    Guys omg I did the workout with no breaks it got so much easier I had no problems w the scissor kicks anymore and I see my rib cage more and also my waist looks more improved I definetly recommend!

    Going to try the ab series workout for 2 weeks!
    starting weight is 117lbs
    Day 1 ✅-had to pause a bit and it was super hard
    Day 2 ✅- super sore from yesterday so I'm taking a break tmrw. I've heard it's not good to workout the same muscles everyday anyway.
    Day 3 ❌- break day! I did cardio workouts and lots of stretches!
    Day 4 ✅- Felt a lot better after the break yesterday and was able to do the workout better than when I was sore. I actually ended up doing a second workout video by Gloria aswell!
    Day 5 ✅- the burn was intense! it felt so good though
    Day 6 ❌- cardio and full body day wooooo did other vids
    Day 7 ✅- active rest day but ended up doing this along with my stretches bc i was bored LOL
    End of week 1 weight? 114lbs 🎉
    Day 8 ✅- a bit sore but felt good.
    Day 9 ✅- did two abs workouts and some leg slimming workouts!
    Day 10 ❌- was sick today :( i did some light walking, around 6000 steps
    Day 11✅- the workout is getting a little easier which is nice
    Day 12 ✅- ate too much red meat today but it was still a nice workout. I recommend increasing the amount you walk per day to get the most out of any workouts online you do.
    Day 13 ❌- cardio day
    Day 14✅- was way easier!
    End of week 2? 111.3lbs 🎉
    I'm doing it for 2 more weeks actually ermm. I'm gonna measure waist size this time and lbs.
    Day 15✅- ate a little too much today tbh...
    Day 16✅- straight up binged on food today and it made the workout way harder.
    Day 22✅- had so much schoolwork but I cam back better than ever. this is such a banger workout.
    Day 23 ✅
    So I've been doing the workout without updating for a bit but it definitely works if you also walk more everyday and watch what you eat. I have lost a decent amount of weight and I will be moving to another workout because I feel that I've gotten too used to this one. I think rest days are really important so plan them into your week.

    i’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now, and i’m really happy with my results so far. i mainly use gloria’s routines as a way to stay toned because i work in an ER so it’s hard to find time, but it’s quick and fun and easy to repeat… plus the burn is real lol. my waist has gotten so cinched!!!!

    I am literally in love with this workout coz I have been struggling to get an hourglass shape since I have high waist working my obliques made me look kinda boxy like all other workouts I have done made me look boxy but out of all the workouts I have done this workout worked really well for me I have been doing this workout for 15 days it has made my waist look slimmer and more curvier .     Day 1: jumped on the treadmill for 5 mins, then on a bike for 5, and did this video and I can feel my abs burning! 💪 but it’s about drive it’s about power .

    Restarting this for about 10 days!
    I also do lots of cardio with sports and I'm also fasting whilst being much healthier with food choices :)
    Day 1: ✅ I was definitely feeling the burn and very puffed at the end..
    Day 2: ✅ Was easier but I was also tired from sports
    Day 3: ✅ I was really not looking forward to this but still did it! I am starting to find the excersises more easy and I think I can see a tiny difference when I am not bloated!!
    Day 4: ✅ Was easier today, did with a friend and she was puffed lol, wasn't going to do it but finally convinced myself!
    Day 5: ✅ Was feeling much better and had a look at myself during the day and can notice a small difference in my body already!
    Day 6:✅ I wasn't really motivated as much but I still did it, I feel like I've definitely slimmed down just a bit in my lower stomach, can't see a big change in my waist yet.
    Day 7: ✅ I did this at like 10pm after work so I was already so sore for standing up but I still did this, and I think I can feel it getting easier, I'm not too puffed out! I can also see some changes in me being thinner but not too much from the wait yet
    Day 8: ✅ I did this like ten minutes after dinner so I was a bit sick after lol but I can definitely feel more of the exercises getting easier
    Day 9: ✅ Felt super easy! Got through it quickly
    Day 10: 🎉✅ Got through it fast! Felt really good after completing the ten days there is definitely a difference, I'm going to keep doing this for a while I'll update once a week!

    Doing this until I see results! (I have belly fat so dw I’ll describe to you how I look after.)
    Day 1: ✅ Did it a bit easily but felt a bit of burn. It was hard to keep my lower back down 😅.
    Day 2: ✅ I did it but this time I forced my lower back down. When I touched my stomach I felt my abs being hard and it felt a tiny bit tight.
    Day 3: ✅ Did it and felt the burn, had a long day at school so I was a bit tired and did it anyway. At the breaks all the pain just ran away and when I trained it came running back 😭. After the training my stomach feels a bit of burn. Idk if it’s a good thing or bad thing please let me know! It is a bit difficult to keep my back down so I did my best.
    Day 4: ✅ Did it but I had to study for a test incoming in two days. I felt the burn and afterwards my back was hurting a tiny bit.
    Day 5: ✅ Did it and my stomach was burning while doing these workouts. I also tried my best to keep my back straight as possible. My abs was hard after the training 😅
    Day 6: ✅ Did it! I did my best to keep my lower back straight I think I did great! I was dying like 3 times 💀 but I was sooo hungry. I decided to eat a apple since it is good for fat burning (according to google)
    Day 5: 🚫 didn’t do it since I was busy.
    Day 6: 🚫I had lost motivation, I felt so bad and felt insecure of myself.
    Day 7: 🚫 I felt disappointed in myself.
    Day8: ✅ Finally started again. I died like 4 times but still kept it up 💀. Felt the burn and when the short pauses came they immediately evacuated and then came back LMAO
    Day 9: ✅ Sorry for not uploading! Felt the burn and it was same as day 5 😅
    Day 10: ✅ It was easier and felt like my stomach was going to throw up but not really..? Idk but it was easier tho .
    Day 11: ✅ Did it! After I did my workout before sleeping at day 10 (I had guests over lol) I began to see a little of my abs lines at the sides! But is till have my rolls and belly fat LMAO. Felt the burn and it definitely was not easier than yesterday. But it was easier than the rest! 😁

    Day 1: 👍 I FELT AN UGLY BURN BUT IT BURNED GOOD 😻 it felt sort of hard because of my body and lack of confidence and energy but im going to do my best to keep this going till christmas!! 10/11
    Day 2: 👍 Today was definitely easier than yesterday but still a sort of struggle to keep my back glued to the floor😢 Ive also been trying to cut back on snacks and eating healthier so there’s that but overall today was a good session!! 10/12
    Day 3: 👍Today i was feeling super burnt out but still got up to do my workout and it honestly helped a bit. It helped me clear my mind and focus on something else. Today i was a little quick though so i could work on being controlled but other than that a good session!! 10/13
    Day 4: 👎 I was so spent up today and so tired which isn’t necessarily and excuse but i was not able to do my exercise today, I will for sure be doing it tomorrow though!! 10/14

    Doing this for 12 days:
    💚 Day 1: it was difficult at first but I felt my stomach burning so I keep going till the end.
    💚 Day 2: okay, it was easier than yesterday, today also I felt my stomach burning and I feel that it's working and I'm doing it properly.
    💚 Day 3: soo it's being difficult to keep going and there is not any changes yet my stomach is burning but I'm keep going and I even started listening to music to make myself motivated ❤️
    💚 Day 4: okay today was easy I think I'm making some progress 🎉
    💚 Day 5: I feel really good after today, it's easy also I feel burning but that's good, let's goo 🎉

    doing this for 3 months, I will be going to my home town in November and I have not seen anyone from there since fourth grade, I will also be reuniting with my long distance childhood best friend, i am in highschool now!
    Stats:
    Wieght: 131.4 pounds/ 59 kg
    height: about 5’3 - 160 cm
    Day one🦎: ✅ extremely difficult, i sweated a lot. I am a medium sized girlie so this did take a lot out of me. I also did the work out 2 times

    so i’m a pretty consistent person and i don’t see much results so imma update weekly until i get as flat of a tummy as possible. for reference my belly looks exactly like the before picture and i’m looking for that after picture as a result;
    also im doing in parallel the chloe ting round butt challenge
    (btw i only do one set per day and i have one day in the week where i don’t do any kind of workout)
    week 1:
    weight: 50.3 kgs / 111 lbs
    waist: 68.5 cm / 27 inches (i was bloated a bit that day but my waist is in between 26~27 inches)
    hips: 86.5 cm / 34 inches
    it definitely burned a lot and I got muscle soreness after the first 2 days but it felt so good and was so worth it.
    week 2:
    weight: 50.8kgs / 111.9 lbs (i had a lot of sweet cravings this week hehe)
    waist: 64.7 cm / 25.5 inches
    hips: 87 cm / 34 inches (they got a bit bigger)

    day 1- monday:
    got home from school an i have a problem with immediately going to sleep, but i vowed to myself that i would make a 360 life change and become the me i want to become. i actually do this workout 2 times in a row for a better effect. it WORKS. it burns and i love that feeling because you can tell results will be made. im someone who can develop easily, so i already see major progress. im gonna go take a nice shower and finish up some hw, maybe go online “window” shopping for the future. when i see a workout that works really well, i become addicted and want to go multiple rounds but that’s not very healthy so im sticking with 2. see you guys tomorrow!

    🧡day 2: it got easier, didnt take any breaks and my waist is starting to curve like ).( slightly! i believe its gonna work
    💛day 3: i feel my abs getting stronger, very excited!

    I’m doing this workout until the end of winter break! Let’s see how it goes, I’m committed.✨
    Day 1 ✅: definitely this workout burns while you’re doing it, but I feel that it doesn’t hurt after (or am I doing it wrong?)

    Day 3✅: probably it’s because I just woke up, but I can see some little improvement!
    Okayy I’m sorry, I couldn’t keep up because of Christmas days. I did the workout again today (Dec 28th) and I’ll try to keep doing it for the rest of the winter break! But something I have to say, is that even if I stopped doing the workout, I can see my belly definitely in a better shape, so I recommend doing this workout a 100%

    so i’ve been doing this a bit over a week and i can definitely see a difference. i can tell that my stomach has become flatter. i haven’t been dieting but i’ve stop snacking and only ate when i was hungry. im definitely still gonna be doing this and some days i also did it twice😊 and remember to be healthy and not starve yourself. if it’s burning then yk it’s working❤
    edit: the workout has definitely become easier

    Doing it until I get results, combined with vacuum every morning! Keep me motivated, I can never complete a workout cause I give up...
    Day 1: not that difficult,
    Day 2: my abs hurt as hell from yesterday, but I did it anyway. Also I feel my belly a little flatter!
    Day 3: i’m definitely more defined!!
    Day 4: didn’t have time to do it, but I’ll try to workout twice tomorrow
    Day 5: did it
    Day 6: did it
    Day 7: yesss! there’s a noticeable difference in my belly and i’m flatter and toned! totally recommend it

    Okay I’m determined to do this for 1 month so here’s my progress
    day 1: ✅ couldn’t do the scissor kicks 😢
    day 2: ✅ today felt a LOT harder than yesterday and I felt like I couldn't stick my back to the ground most of the time also didn't succeed in doing the scissor kicks
    day 3: ✅ still really hard and still couldn't do the scissors things but I'm improving!
    day 4: ✅ it is getting easier! I was able to do the scissors (but my back wasn't always attached to the floor)
    day 5: ✅ I'm feeling good!
    day 6: ✅ was so tempted to skip today since my throat hurts really bad and I have trouble breathing but I'm glad I didn't
    day 7: ❌ forced myself to ret (my coughing got worse)
    day 8: ✅ I felt so proud when I finished the workout!! guys don’t give up
    okay, I've been taking a break for health issues so I'm restarting

    Day 1 ✅ WHEN I TELL YOU, THIS BURNT SO MUCH. My whole body hurts so so so much 😭 This was the most toe curling, gut wrenching, fist clenching, teeth grinding, workout I’ve ever done.
    Day 2 ❌ Didn’t have time for today, but I’ll do it twice tomorrow if I have time!
    Day 3 ✅ burned a lot, but felt easier to do! I’m definitely seeing some changes!
    (ended up forgetting some days so restarting here! )
