So happy to see Gray Hair that’s not short in the natural hair community. My Sister’s hair is the length of your and she does exactly what you do to her hair….Exactly. Not the same products but the same process and she has had natural hair for nearly 20 yrs. Her hair is also gorgeous!!! I don’t blow dry my hair or flat iron. I wear WnG in Summer and twists under head wraps in Winter. My length is just a little longer than yours when I have it in twists. I’ve been natural for barely 2 yrs. Watching you is encouraging regarding blow drying my hair. Thank you for this video!!

hay beautiful im a cosmetologist with 25yrs experience in hair care, i don't do it anymore but "cyn doll" on youtube is the only person id recommend AND ALSO THIS CHANNEL OFCOURSE, i respect this womans platform XOXO .. blow drying your hair isnt the enemy, heat isnt the enemy babe. pple using tools wrong is the problem. imagine using a condom wrong?? lol get my point. but "cyn doll " goes in depth why NEVER blow drying or pressing your hair is 10x more damaging than anything u could ever do and i 100% agree with what she saying. ive been natural for 20yrs and did my own experiments. including no heat for 2yrs. all imma say is black women been duped again :( i know the SCIENCE of hair... once u kno science these trends online look illogical

@@Deliverancepoet Thank you for the insights and encouragement. I wore my hair relaxed for over 40 yrs. It’s sad to say but I never even washed my own hair in all that time…..I ALWAYS went to my stylist for all my hair care needs…..including regular shampooing. When I went natural, it was a “major deal” for me. I quickly realized that I didn’t know anything about my own hair!!! I have been a stellar student here at RUclips University and I am proud to say I’ve become best friends with my natural strands. LOL That said, I am terrified of losing my natural curl pattern to heat damage because….Surprisingly, I really like my natural hair! I love my curl pattern and have really become attached to the density and thickness of my natural hair. Your words of encouragement are filled with “good information” which I sincerely appreciate. Based on your insights, I think I should start with just blow drying without a flat iron follow-up and I’m even nervous about that!! 🤣 Thanks so much for the reply!!! ❤️

It has been an absolute pleasure to run across someone who doesn’t fall for the hype of washing and styling your hair all day long. Your hair is so beautiful and all you did was do it. I wear my hair natural and I just take care of it. I wash it moisturize it well and I brush it. It’s really short and I love it. I massage my scalp and scrunge it into shape with my fingers. Done.

Your hair is gorgeous. I started letting my gray grow out about 6mo ago so my hair is looking a little crazy now. I’m looking forward to when all the color grows out. I’m tempted to cut the color off but I want my hair to be long. I’m natural. I haven’t straightened my hair in about 9 months. I think I’m going to get it straightened and trimmed. I’m so glad I found your channel. I’m looking forward to more videos.

It has been 3 weeks ago that I cut off my 300x35”x1/8 diameter micro loc’s because the retightening of the new growth had become overwhelming and uninteresting to me. Until I found your channel my plan was to relax and apply a keratin smoothing treatment over my newly relaxed hair. My hair grows fast and long. I do not desire to visit the barber or cut off my hair weekly, so l let it grow. I’m watching your channel for inspirational ideas! Thank you for sharing 🎉

When I transitioned from perm to natural, I didnt want to big chop. I did roller sets every wash day. I dust my ends every two months, as needed. I deep condition with a heat cap every wash day. I love the fullness of my roller sets. Lots of body. I do not use any direct heat. My hair has grown so much. Get lots of compliments on my hair. Good luck on your journey.
Glad to see you on YT. I follow on ig as well and this definitely was a great move! I too am grey, about 90% and I love it!! I find the hardest part of being natural and grey is that this grey hair, much like me, has a mind of her own!! She is often unruly and wily just like me, lol butttt she also looks so fab and is very unique! Looking forward to all the great information, and tips!

Your hair is so beautiful! I’m on a long hair journey meaning no more every year. After heat blow drying, I do a cool blow dry and I use a small fan to keep my hair from swelling up. I need this curling iron 😮amazing results

Hi Sis. I’m 57 as well. I’ve been doing my hair since 5th grade. I’m a pro when it comes to my hair I use to relax my hair once I went to high school. Back I 2022 I did the big chop. I’m all natural and I love it. From two years ago my hair is shoulder length. I’m not a product junkie because my hair cannot use different types of products . My hair texture is S curls. I love the hair God gave me. I use Pantene Pro-V for curly hair. That’s my arson I use the entire line. My hair and my grays is beautiful soft and healthy. It’s beautiful. I’m so active and busy, I can’t imagine how I would maintain that much hair. My hair is healthy, but I don’t have time to style it😢. I workout 5-6 days per week.Unfortunately I’m looking for a wig for the first time at age 48. I’ve never flat ironed my hair. I feel like it will destroy the health of it. My husband doesn’t like short hair, so cutting it isn’t an option. I’m jealous right about now. I’m stuck. I’ve also done my own hair all of my life and my 3 daughters. Gotta figure something out soon…

Seen you occasionaly on instagram. Great video and absolutely GORGEOUS HAIR! l am 55 and a product junkie too. 🤣😂 I wear my hair naturally curly...my issue when I flat iron is how to correctly put my hair up at night. I don't want to have to continuously put heat on my hair and damage my curls....hopefully you will show this one day. Great video..I will be tuning in for future videos.😁

I pray God grant me to see 57 and beyond cause this gray is gorgeous. I just turned 45 and have a few grays but my child about to turn 13 so in sute they will come 😅. I wish she woukd do her own hair but she has a scalp condition so i cant play witb her half ah doing it so we go to the salon every 2 weeks. Have you experience any thinning? Since i turned 43 i notice my haur isnt as tick as it use to be. Its still thinker than most bit i notice breezy days on my scalp first before anything.
