Sadly they don't have MeTV so I don't see YTTV getting MeTV Toons any time soon. However it will launch with the OTA channels on both Philo and Frndly. Fnndly is inexpensive, and it has all of Wiegal's other channels as well. Well worth getting to supplement YTTV to get the channels you don't already get. Great option.
I just hope the channel doesn't starting to drift away from the format. I've seen some good channels go downhill when they start breaking format. Usually late night infomercials and public domain stuff. When the court room shows start airing it's pretty much over. MeTV has been pretty good about resisting that trend.

I think youre underestimating the popularity of the Smurfs. This cartoon was one of those cartoons that defined Saturday morning cartoons on NBC in the 80's and they were extremely popular during my childhood. Let's just say if you're into Pac-man, Donkey Kong, Inspector Gadget, Super Mario Brothers, and Hulk Hogan, you're likely going to be a fan of the Smurfs. I'd also like to clarify why I mentioned to many videogame character's and a wrestler... They all had their own cartoon in the 80's because each were wildly popular characters. Perhaps we'll see their cartoons on MeTV Toons someday.
Just about anything from the 1930s to the 1970s. Anything more recent forget it. Though I did like Dexter's Lab, Power Puff Girls, Johnny Bravo, Camp Lazlo to name few. Looking forward to this.
Since they decided to do this channel based on how many people were watching Toon in with me, Saturday morning cartoons and their other toon blocks on Metv and Metv+, along with just the buzz the new station had since it was announced. It's very likely it will have a long run.
Its ok, if you like POPEYE,,,, somebody does,,,,, good to see underdog again,, Looney toons and many Terrytoons,,
I have a feeling that the long running cartoons will air on the weekdays & the short running cartoons will air on weekends.

What’s frustrating is it’s not available outside the U.S.
