Bakery Style Badam Cookies | No Egg No Oven Almond cookies | Almond Sticks Recipe in Tamil
Haldiram's Almond Cookies are one of my favorites, I just love the crunchy buttery and nutty snack. I tried several almond cookie recipes but in vain until I came up with this Almond cookie recipe which I have shared with you. This Bakery Style Badam Cookies | No Egg No Oven Almond cookies | Almond Sticks Recipe in Tamil is an eggless recipe and does not require an oven. Ingredients:
Butter at room temperature - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Almond Powdered - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp (or) Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Flour - 1.5 cups
Custard Powder / Milk Powder - 2 Tbsp (optional)
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Almond roughly chopped - 1/2 cup
