@Creative World I made these cookies using kadai and airfryer, with dry fruits powder. It came out well using airfryer though it didn't require 18 mins of baking. It was a bit hard outside but crispy inside and overall came out well. My baby liked it. Thanks for this recipe! 😊

Hi sir ...I tried different temperatures ..still it didn't become a biscuit ..i added only ghee , wheat along with oats n almond powder and dates syrup ..dought is soft only ..yet biscuit didn't come ..where did I went wrong ...please correct me
I'm a beginner and I've never baked but I wish to make these cookies for my 18 month old, can you please list the ingredients in grams so that it'll be easy for me. Also I wanna use butter instead of Ghee , how much butter should I use?
1 cup - 250 gram, 1/2 cup- 125 gram, 1/3 cup-80 gram, 1/4 cup- 60 gram. Make soft cookies with extra butter or ghee. Use 1/3 cup unsalted butter for 1 cup flour.

Aapne video me almond flour ke baad kya maida daala he ? Kunke jaggery use ki he toh sugar toh ho nahi sakti ...plz clear kar dijiye.I'm little confused.
first point:- 1 & 1/3 cup Wheat flour only used. Then ground almond, After ground almond we added 1/3 cup wheat flour. Finally white chocolate chips for garnishing
Pre-heat kadai, 10 min-Low flame, Bake 20 min on low flame. For pressure cooker, remove gasket & whistle, pre-heat-10 min low flame. then bake cookies for 20 min-low flame
We added chocolate chips for garnishing. Please follow same procedure. Clearly mentioned. Wheat flour - 1& 1/3 cup, ground almond, jaggery syrup, shape then garnish with chocolate chips then bake
I tried the recipe for my 9month baby. They turned out tasty but became hard to bite or chew for my little one. Instead of using jaggery, I used brown sugar.
1. The reason that cookies are hard is that the cookie dough was mixed too much. When flour is mixed into the dough, gluten begins to form. Gluten helps hold baked goods together, but too much gluten can lead to tough cookies. 2. The lack of moisture makes the cookies hard and dry

pre-heat kadai/pressure cooker for 10 min, low flame or 5 min medium flame, Bake for 25 min low-medium flame. You can use iron, aluminum or non-stick kadai for baking. For Pressure cooker use aluminum cooker to avoid burning
Vanakkam, Today I tried this recipe. But it came very very hard. I used 200 degree for 20 minutes after preheating. Is the oven handling makes it harder. I didn't kneed too much also as you mentioned in a comment to reduce the kneeding
Yes, same here.. I think it because of the jaggery syrup that it's becoming hard.. literally could not bite the cookies.. was so hard that my tooth and jaws started aching ..
They came out very hard..I have tried other cookie recipes. This could have been better.. in the video it said 1/4th cup almonds and in the description 1/2 cup..which is correct ?
Almond- 1/4 cup, you can add extra almond. This is not changing the texture. Our cookies are crunchy, soft & perfect. If you mixing or kneading the dough too much leads gluten development then cookies turned hard texture.
if its hard, add extra oil or butter for next time making cookies. Yes you can add banana. or nut butter is good for example:- Almond, peanut butter. Ghee is good for cookies
May be overmixing, Don't knead the dough too much, more you mix cookie dough. the more the gluten develops and they become hard and dry 2. Baking too long /high temperature. To avoid this add 1/2 tsp baking powder or 1/4 tsp baking soda
I made these cookies for my baby. They came out perfect and crispy. She kept asking for them. Thank you for the recipe.
