We made the cookies and they look perfect, cooked from inside and a little bit or brownish shade. But it took us more time than what you said. We had two trays: aluminium and metal/steel. The aluminium tray was small and we put only one cookie in it so it took around 50 mins to bake. And the metal tray had many cookies so it took almost 1 hour and 15 mins to bake. Very much time-consuming but otherwise amazing recipe 😊
