If you've ever listened to any of his interviews, you'd know he's fine. He's no more mentally unstable than 90% of the actors/ comedians..
If anything, he went a little overboard w the recreational drugs for awhile. He's fine. And he's wicked smart and funny and they should use his talents in other skits more often!

Caedon Palmer The problem with mental illness is that unlike any other illness it's not something you can keep in check with words or a prescription.
It all depends on your current mental well being and happiness and anything can trigger a state where you are not fully well.
I suffer from depression and wouldn't wish it on anyone as it can be debilitating for anyone who is used to being a social animal and especially someone who is creative, funny, intelligent and used to being around people.
I get more and more attracted to Pete Davidson with each Saturday.
Why not use that time and energy to find someone in real life?

Pablo Valle All benzo users should be aware of their addictive properties- any psychiatrist & pharmacist who doesn’t mention that is EXTREMELY irresponsible. But compared to Xanax (I’m prescribed both, for GAD and panic attacks), it is laughably less addictive. Everybody should be very careful, monitor your use, tell your doctor immediately if you are taking more than prescribed, but some people need these drugs. Klonopin has been a life changer for me and many, many others out there- not like Xanax which has ruined MANY lives. It’s like ibuprofen to OxyContin in my mind.
Pablo Valle My Dr tells me I need it. I guess some people can get high but it doesn’t make me feel that way. I wish I didn’t have to take it and maybe one day I won’t need meds anymore.
CheezitsChrist yeah exactly, there is differences between ppl who go to Dr and have it prescribed and monitor and others who abuse the system and give us a bad name. Mental health is just like any other type of healthcare.

lmao i love this bit. i think it's pretty common among mentally ill people to "compete" with each other to see which one is the most messed up. it's also very embarrassing to admit to thinking that way. i have definitely felt it, so this whole thing was as relatable as it was shocking.

I haven't been to see my family in three years. I can't even go to family holidays anymore. The last 3 Christmas I've spent alone. I get a mini panic attack from the mail man knocking on my door so I hide under my bed for a few minutes. #beatthat

Tammy V idk about everything but he's being mostly truthful. He's been recently diagnosed with mental illness and trying to live healthy and his dad did die in 9/11. He's been pretty open about his depression and stuff his whole career. But he has been looking better lately.

I so relate I’ve also been in therapy since I was six with morbid depression and anxiety and recently my cousin was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and my whole family is like oh this really opened my eyes to the issue and I’m like stay in your lane Annie!

Kim Fatima this. This. It’s so spot on. But when I’m happy it’s great, when I’m sad and manic people are all “awww r u ok?” And I get to be dramatically sad all day. It’s great. If I’m gonna be a crazy for the remainder of my entire life, I should at least have fun with it. I can’t keep a relationship whether it’s personal or romantic and getting jobs was tougher when I was young because I couldn’t call to check on an application without freaking out but at least I’m having fun with it
I have a panic disorder and let me tell you those fuckers can come out of no where one morning I wake up and I’m like “ok guess it’s one of those days” and have panic attacks all day. And I get where your coming from especially because it was one panic attack and people with a panic disorder have to deal with them a lot. And I wish you love and support!

Just watching another Pete Davidson Weekend Edition (he is my fav SNL person) video. Anytime need a laugh, turn to RUclips segments with Pete. He is just so stinking cute too! Reminds me of one of my grown sons. Kudos to him for getting those great veneers! An amazing smile. Wish knew who his dentist is, as would travel from PA to NY in order to get those great results. Hope he's making money on his Staten Island movie. Love how his mom was very philosophical about it during an interview. Said if they hadn't filmed when they did (prior to Covid) may not have been made. They are a great family. His sister is sweet too. Blessings to them during this time. Thanks for always making me laugh Pete, and for sharing your MH issues. You probably have helped many people with your honesty and humor. Be well in Staten Island.
